Managed to find my old Friend ID code thanks to my PADherder account. Submitted a help ticket and hopefully they can restore. Just the Gmail Account and Friend ID Code wasn't enough in-app because apparently my gmail account wasn't registered to the account. I had bought gems in the past so I also gave them exact dates of purchases too as extra evidence thanks to email receipts.

Not sure if it is anymore but her ability Ultra Gravity used to be really handy for lopping off a huge amount of HP from the high HP bosses. Especially for newer players. Probably been way surpassed by now since I think she was the first descend.

I remember before I actually learned to get good (Read: Stop being lazy), I used to take down bosses with Lucifer and Hera Gravity. Was so dull but ultra safe. Then they started adding bosses where that sort of cheese wouldn't work.

It was definitely an unhealthy playstyle to promote as you made no real attempt to do damage, you just stalled behind a fuck ton of HP and RCV then used abilities to nuke stuff down. Once I got my first combo lead I felt sad that I had been so lazy and cheesed so much content. I also realized just how bad a player I was!

She's useful for evolving Awoken Venus. Otherwise, as Jem said, could be used for her Ultra Grav.

Been playing a bit on another account whilst I wait on them to restore my old account. Pulled Double-Edged Brave Blade, Claymore as my starter and then Zhuge Liang from Godfest today so not a bad base if they refuse to restore it. Wish I had more pulls available (I have 10 stones) as I want to spend some tomorrow on Egyptians but also want to try to Odins.

EDIT: Ended up doing the extra 2 pulls on this Godfest banner. Got Brave Blade, Masamune and Dark Dragon Swordsman.

If nothing else Masamune is a Wood Attacker so fits in okay-ish with Zhuge Liang (Not that I have the team cost to try that). Or having Masamune lead and Claymore as a sub is decent too I guess.

Guess its day 1. Pulled Yamato Takeru on my first roll after installing the game. Do I keep? Roll more on Day 1 or wait for Day 2?

I'd re-roll. The heroes aren't very good starting leads (or leads, period) because they're incredibly orb-hungry. You need lots of orb changers to keep them going, and when you're starting out, you're not going to have many. They get better if you get an ideal team, but not good enough to warrant their drawbacks, IMO.

Yeah re-roll. Heroes are good subs (or at least used to be due to row enhances iirc), they are not good leaders.

Really you want either a base multiplier lead or a conditional multiplier lead. Depending on how skilled you are will depend on which you want. The conditional but high multiplier leads tend to make you a better player imo.

The best beginner pulls for newer players is going to be Norns, Urd and Verdandi are the best. Sonias are always not bad. D meta is pretty good too, but his cost is kinda high, so that's a bigger drawback. As for heroes, I would absolutely keep a pandora, she's just amazing no matter what. The other heroes are ok, as their leader skills to activate starting at 4 orbs. It's not that bad, but it's not wonderful.

I think the best starter leads are the Light, Blue, and Green Dragonbounds. They are incredibly easy and forgiving to play, while being some of the top end-game teams. Their costs may be high or newbies, but you can do perfectly fine with your starter dragon until you get your costs up.

There's also a very easy dungeon early on that you can endlessly cycle and never run out of stamina until you have a decent team cost. Especially so when it's half stamina. I forget how high a rank you can get from doing it but it was something ludicrous like 70-80+, may have even been 100. I distinctly remember spending one weekend just spamming the hell out of it to build up team cost.

It's definitely better to get a high cost very good pull than a low cost above average pull. Starter rerolling is the only time that with enough patience you can guarantee yourself with a pull that will last you an incredibly long time.

There's nothing worse than hitting a wall because of a shit starter pull. I say that as someone who had a bad starter on my original account as I didn't know to reroll.

The Kali's look very good too if you are confident in your ability to match orbs. They'll need high skill to play well but will be extremely effective if you can do so. They are not very beginner friendly though as if you cannot play them well, they will be awful.

Just pulled an Orange Dragonbound Saria. Might dump, she's the worst of the 3 I think.

I would actually keep her. Her teams are probably slightly harder to build around, but light is not resisted. The other two Dragonbounds are 6*s, so they are significantly harder to pull, while not (IMO) being significantly better.

EDIT: After thinking some more, I can't say that the other two are better at all. Saria loses a TPA, and some stats, but the light damage more than makes up for them. I'd take the Saria and run with it. She's easily among the best starters you could hope for.

There's also the light and water dog dragon dungeon on right now which would at least give each you some low fodder to slot into the team early on

The issue with the other dragon bounds is that they are weak to opposing elements, so they do half damage. Where as Saria will either do double to damage to dark or normal damage to everything else. This is the biggest benefit to light/dark leads, which is why they are so popular.
