Glad you're doing well, fag. Sorry I missed ya on aim the other day.
xoxo Kuno
My guy friends from college would always "accuse" me of liking women because I never dated (gay guys/anyone). They even accused me of "not trying hard enough", thinking I had no gay friends because they never saw me with any... and I went to the campus gay association weekly and had an entirely separate group of gay friends (I had nerdy guy friends, gay friends and the women around them, and pre-nursing friends) that I spent time with regularly. I think they got the idea that I didn't date at all because I had self-confidence/body issues, and was never interested in gay men.
I'm having less and less nerve "zaps" (yesterday was nice~) and I'm doing little things here and there. I can sit on my cushion at my computer for a while without any real discomfort (I was playing the FFXIV beta for hours.) I still have pain after dilation, I really think it's those stitches he puts right there outside your vagina, and they rub the already irritated (post-dilation) area when I walk. Those need to come out ASAP! Dilation hasn't been that bad these past couple days, I seem to be loosening up more quickly, and can get to max depth sooner. It might just be that I've learned the difficult parts (the PC muscle a few inches in, urgh) and am re-lubing the dilator more. By the third dilation of the day, I can insert it and it keeps moving until it's all the way in, then I just have to stir/press/stir/press for that last half inch or so. This is good because the timer doesn't start until you're at max depth, so if things are difficult, you can be there for a while. Months 2-3 represent the "difficult period", so I'm wondering if this will get worse. We'll see~
Well i'm sure they will think differently after everything is healed up and your ready to test drive.
I have to say this is some fascinating insight on the process. Don't think there are to many people who would be completely open about their changes from male to female on an internet forum. Kudos to you, if i could i would mail you a cookie.
My nerdy guy friends became my married friends, so... yeah.Besides, they were very understanding from the start, both about the change and the fact that I never wanted anyone to "know me like that" before the surgery, so I waited. They more or less just want to see me happy and in a relationship.
As far as being open, I don't know. We're on the internet, and as many pictures and wall'o'texts I write, I still feel fairly anonymous. And maybe because it's my life, I don't think it's that (read: THAT) crazy. It's probably officially cray', but I've researched this stuff ad nauseam for it to be mundane, and the weird part is that it feels more odd that I don't think about it that much anymore. This was to be expected, but I feel more or less "done." Sure, there's still hair removal (/sigh), and a possible breast augmentation later on (maybe after I turn 30), but I feel "right" in my own body. I even (enter story that will make you accuse me of being a lesbian HERE WE GO) stripped naked in front of this bi transwoman in Thailand, asking for honest critiques about what needed work, because I was THAT confident about myself (I had serious body issues until HRT/SRS, as you can imagine, and never showed anyone my body except for my doctor.) Sex reassignment surgery is that effective. lol
From the time I'm already set up and sitting on the bed, about an hour. Including setting stuff up, cleanup, the shower, and applying creams and stuff, 1.5hr. But I dilly-dally. >_>
More than you might think. I'm sure you can find all the information you'd ever want to know (and more!) if you googled around.Don't think there are to many people who would be completely open about their changes from male to female on an internet forum.
Do you have to fly back to Singapore to get the stitches removed? D:
Thailand* Nope. They say after 4 months all stitches should be gone. I have no more black stitches (the ones around my urethra have turned to mush and that mush has mostly cleared away), just 4 clear ones that I can see at the vaginal opening, and 2 in the area near my clitoris.
No joke. Im eating yogurt here. I think its about to come back up.
I'd still hit it.
Thanks for posting all this stuff. A friend is hoping to go through this and it's utterly fascinating
Don't eat greek yogurt while being regaled about vagina-cheese.What did we lear~n?![]()
So you're the friend she's talking about eh?
Also, just because, we lost a handsome one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0E3scl-XsNc
Transition is a helluva drug.
And now for the TMI Report!
So I skipped my 9p dilation last night (tired, dilation was getting easy, had other non-sexual vagina-care things I wanted to do that are gross, etcetc.) I've been keeping a 9a/3p/9p schedule, so I went from 3p - 9a without dilating. Not good. Usually, getting to max depth is annoying, but is finished in less than 20mins after initial insertion (after loosening/lubing things up manually.) This morning it took over an hour. That's a lot of time to keep looking back at the dilator and not seeing the numbers disappear (If I can make the 7" mark disappear from view, I know I'm 6" in, and I just check with the mirror when I get there.) I was stuck at the pelvic floor muscles (the most painful part imo) for a long time.
(( Moral of the story? Don't skip dilations, but if you do, skip the middle one. No big gaps.

Sounds like you need some candles and Berry White tape.
I realize I'm oversimplifying this by a lot but does anybody else find it hilarious that Niro gets a vagina and then doesn't wanna do the upkeep on it/complains about it? lol
Just messing with you, grats though and all that shit.
