We didn't get together last week, he was on-call on the weekend, I had laser so my face was fucked, which worked out. We texted, I went crazy and called him and we just talked for a while (probably too long because hey, I'm awkward and was bored trying to log into FFXIV, but 1hr? was too long for a first phonecall whothehellcares?) I was invited to the renaissance (almost spelled that right y'all!) festival by a girl I met at otakon (one of his friends), so I'm going to that. I've never been and have always wanted to try one of those turkey legs and fried oreos/twinkies/everything! Also mead, because maybe it was in a FFXI quest in windy and I read (because I randomly wiki food things to make them more interesting) about http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Mulsum and wanted to try it! And because I no longer feel bad about drinking (no spironolactone pre-op, no tramadol post-op), I can do whatever I want! But yes, he'll probably be there, and we'll see how that goes.

My roommate's wedding reception is this Friday (no ceremony, just friends/cake/food at their house), so I'll try to be put together and maybe get pictures. Y'all have seen the dress but there needs to be pictures with makeup and heels on because, well just because. (*'-')

Testosterone update. This damn AndroGel is breaking me out. My face/hair is more oily, too. Disliking. I'm the kind of person that's really in-tune with their body and I feel like my estrogen needs to be upped to counteract these effects. Pre-op, I obviously had some testosterone production, but with all the estrogen I was taking, I still had RADIANT skin (my hair wasn't up to par, but that's the coconut oil I started putting in my hair as a by-product of needing it for dilation) and was blemish-free for like a year. Now this stupid gel is breaking me out, not really giving me much libido (just the slightest bit, but I started with less than the prescribed amount), and I've still got 2 weeks~ish until I can have bloodwork done. Right now, this is not working, and it makes me fear that I'm taking steps backwards, and don't get me started on my paranoia about hairloss. Something needs to change and I'm going to be more forceful with these doctors, this doesn't feel right. :/ If a pre/non-op can live a fucking long time on high doses of estrogen, why the hell can't I? My laser lady even said my boobs shrunk, and that was something I noticed, too. I no longer have the sensitivity I had before I stopped taking the hormones for surgery. I get the feeling that they look at me and say "Yeah, you're fine", because of how I look and am perceived, but if I don't feel right, I don't feel right and they should take notice. !

I've noticed that doctors tend to dismiss you if you say things like "I think." They assume you're just worrying. So don't say those things. Express no doubt! If you're wrong, no big loss.

Also, you should totally buy a cape. I got a sweet ass cape from the Twin Cities renaissance fair, guy measured me and everything. I know I have their business card around somewhere, but it was years ago, so who knows where it went. When I was healthier, I wore it for halloween, and also to go hang out outside when my friends had fires. Thing was warm.

I was thinking about going in comfortable stuff tbh... Yoga pants/camisole/new balances/hoodie (too hot for hoodie, just bringing one if it gets cold).
