Basically shoving 2 different sized plastic dildos up there until you reach maximum depth, then alternating pressing the dildo in firmly, and swirling it around every 15 seconds for 30 minutes (15mins with the medium, 15mins with the large.) The official answer to self lubrication is that I will not self lubricate. Anecdotal evidence from other girls says maybe yes, maybe no. I know that, during my testosterone surge (about 1 week post-op, lasting a weekish), I was horny all the time and my pad was very... gooey.

I still need lots of lube, I'll be dilating 3 times a day for the first 3 months. I was using a gel lube in Thailand, but bought a more liquid lube for here. I used it last night and don't know how I feel about it (it likes to slip off the dilator.)

The "dildos" are the dilators. They have no features other than having inches/centimeters written on them to tell you how deep they're currently inserted.

The hair covers those up nicely while they fade (not that anyone is looking really, my mom didn't notice them [yes I showed my mom my vag.])

After a year, just a couple times a week, or once every couple weeks, I just have to check to make sure I'm not losing depth. Hey, what I'd give for a vag that didn't keep getting tighter and tighter over time! The maintenance on this thing is time consuming, messy, and uncomfortable (assuming the first year, and it "maintenance" isn't sex!) I think the details of the recovery/maintenance is better left unsaid, it's monotonous and I basically have a period 3 months straight (I change my pad like 5 times a day, this is really getting old, and it's kind of sad how happy I am to put a fresh pad in my granny panties.) See how unexciting that was? lol

I'm a registered nurse (doing home health visits.) They want me back because I'm the only nurse who speaks Spanish and can work independently with their Latino patients independently (I heard they have to send a translator out with the nurse while I'm gone.) Also they don't have issues with my work, and I'm always on-time and well-liked by my patients (crazy ones try to get me back and I'm like noooooooooooo!)

Skin? He showed it to me (he had the speculum and I had a mirror), it's my vagina. It's pink and hairless. It's not like "outside skin." lol Penile inversion technique is skin I think, but Dr. Suporn doesnt do that, he created his own procedure more than a decade ago. I do know that I have about 500 dissolvable stitches placed during the surgery, some that I've seen come out when I change pads or douche after dilation. They said a lot were used to place my urethra correctly, and I can see/feel those when I lube up for dilation (at least the ones on the surface.)
