The only thing they've mentioned is that they will be releasing the SDK some time around 4 months from launch.
hmmm kk. I'm just mostly wondering because sometimes there are ui suggestions I have but figure it isn't necessary if an addon can do it.
Eh, small quibble, but, PS2 limitations. PS3 is also fore-front in Yoshi's mind, so there's that too, for FFIV vs. the Windower, but admitadly, Yoshi's already said some things that have basically amounted to PC > PS3, so maybe it's whatever at this point. I definately used Windower, on FFXI, because it made the game that much better, but personally, I'd rather Yohsi had a UI that needed the least amount of windower like add-ons, and be open to incorporating common sense stuff that a Windower might come up with. I had my fill of UI Add-ons, in WoW, and I hated the arms race it created.
I don't remember which interview it was, but he definitely said they would look at porting over the most popular add-ons to the PS3.
Does the play button pop up after maintenance? Or do you have to log out of the launcher and back in to get it to pop? Need to know if I need to keep checking it or if I can just leave it up as is
Don't think it matters at this point since they're suspending stuff till they work out this server issue.
No you have to relog to refresh the entire launcher. This site will help u keep track of server downtime during beta.

Oh well.
Are email addresses @comcast.net still screwed over entirely?
Well, I know what I'm going to be doing this Friday. Based SE
GF got an invite for the beta, I did not however. Would they lock her account if I were to install it on my PC and play with her account? We're on the same network so I don't see any problem.
They only look at IP's now. I logged in from work to download the update on my second computer and it locked my account. The unlock process took all over 3 mins.
