Adajer,
Just try it with a clean installed of the drivers. It will be too much trouble imo to wiped everything just to do benchmark. In addition, it not just the GPU itself but other components also add up the scores such as RAMs.

Well, I just installed the 326.19s today. I reinstalled them again anyway. Same thing, GPU wont go full load in the benchmark. No issues with my RAM. Tomb Raider Benchmark pushes and holds 99% usage of my GPU. That is why I think the benchmark doesn't like me. There are several other people who are obviously getting their full usage in the benchmark to hit 10k+ on stock settings.
Well to be specific, I am not on stock settings per say. I am running a 4770k at 4.2 with 16gig 1866 ram, this is how I run my system on default with no extra tweaking, stable. My card is also defaulted super clocked, that runs at 1071 boosted.
What are you specs exactly Adajer? I still think your scores are a bit low. What memory do you have, what PSU and Ram type etc?
Not really worthy of its own thread, but AMD announced FFXIV is one of its "Gaming Evolved" games.
http://www.tomshardware.com/news/AMD...les,23560.html
I don't know if there will be any real-world results from that (I'm guessing no, but I'm no expert)... we'll see.
AMD has announced a host of new additions to its Gaming Evolved program. AMD formally announced the new titles at an event in San Diego today, and has the games on showcase there. The list of new games added to the program is as follows:
- Castlevania: Lords of Shadow; published by Konami, developed by MercurySteam
- Final Fantasy XIV; published by Square Enix, developed by Square Enix
- Leisure Suit Larry Reloaded; published by Replay Games, developed by N-Fusion Interactive
- Murdered: Soul Suspect; published by Square Enix, developed by Airtight Games
- Pirate 101; published and developed by KingsIsle Entertainment
- Shadow of the Eternals; published and developed by Precursor Games
- Thief; published by Square Enix, developed by Eidos Montreal
AMD's Gaming Evolved program aims to boost PC gaming by partnering with game developers. Titles listed as part of the Gaming Evolved Program are akin to those that launch with Nvidia's The Way It's Meant To Be Played logo. The Gaming Evolved stamp represents AMD's collaboration with game developers to help deliver the best possible experience for gamers and ensure the newest titles run smoothly on AMD hardware.

I ran the benchmark with CPU OC'd to 4.2 and GPU Overclocked to maybe 80% of Max (+115core +485mem), never really tinkered with it to see how far it will go. I got a 10082. But my gpu still wont go past 80% usage.
With cpu and gpu at stock and the 326.19 drivers, I was able to hit 9150. The 320 drivers got me around 8300. But again, GPU still not going full capacity. I found a utility on the geforce forums that completely uninstalls graphics drivers and registries. That helped a little bit. And like I said, Tomb Raider benchmark runs it at 99% usage. So it can't be the card, could it?
I can honestly say that the FF bench does not run at 99% on mines either. Its constantly varying maxes to a bit over 90%, but never a steady percentage. With the scores you are getting I think its good for your setup.
I would say, the "about average fps" you get in the benchmark = about what FPS you will get in the game, I would not really worry on the score, as long as you don't have some low dps in fps.
I get more fps in FFXIV on max everything settings then the benchmark (by about 5-10 fps).
I just recently built a rig about 2 weeks ago all stock still because its giving me trouble to overclock. I keep scoring a 8300 with these specs
3930k
Rampage IV
GSkills Ripjaws 2x8
Titan
128ssd
Windows 7
When i use the preset OC features the pc wont start. How else can i go about this its my first rig i built
I also changed my Nvidia control panel settings from single display performance mode to multiple display performance mode(nvidia recommended setting). That seemed to increase my score a bit. I don't know why though. I am running a single monitor, so I thought that single mode would be best.
BTW, FFXIV ARR is now a part of the AMD Gaming Evolved Program.
max setting 1920x1080 score of 3412 ><

Playing on a laptop
Ok so what can cause this? the laptop is less then a week old.
I never benched my 660m, so I don't have a good reference point for laptop mobile graphics cards. That being said, with that score the game will be quite playable and I doubt you'll have any problems.
Are you sure it is using the card and not Intel integrated graphics?
Edit: Looked up a few mobile scores and that seems somewhat in line with what can be expected. Also, someone should merge this thread into the benchmark main thread.
Husband ran the benchmark the other night and came up with a quite low score on it - but I have an identical PC to him and I know the alpha and beta actual game ran fine on it. Wouldn't worry too much.
mobile or not it's still a 3 gig video card and there is that much difference? anyways after some playing I got it up to 5032.
lol harsh, I needed a laptop for school anyways I got it to 5032.
