Not at PC atm but off the top of my head:
Cpu is actually OC'd to 4.0
    Card is Sapphire 7870 Oc'd to 1125/1450?

I have a 4870 Black Knight... bought it in 09. That plus my Phenom II X3 stock runs the game at 4200ish on High though. Haven't tried Max.

EDIT: may have been asked... Where is the actually character data saved? I'd like to transfer some characters from my GF's laptop to her desktop.
EDIT: Maximum I get 3190. Figured I'd get a lower score. Might play it on maximum if there isn't too much slowdown.

A 930 can hold itself pretty well for gaming, the last significant jump performance wise was from Nahalem (first gen i7 like yours) to Sandy Bridge (i5 2500k - i7 2600k), Ivy Bridge and Haswell have been pretty lackluster overall.

Does anyone that has ATI or more specifically the ATI 7970 notice this really horrid stuttering while playing? Its more noticable during custscenes.

Currently have all the settings on maximum. Appreciate any advice thanks!

The stuttering is an AMD issue they are aware of.

The recent driver release fixes it for DX11 games, but not DX9 games.

Me. The only time it doesn't seem to happen is when I'm at 720p resolution.

You get about 60 fps at an aetheryte with a GTX780M? I'm struggling to even break 40fps with my GTX780M, and that's on High (Laptop) settings! Mine benched about 9000 in CC Benchmark too. What version drivers are you running?
