nvm... I got it to work... somehow....
TV was on the "hdmi" setting. I changed the channel up one by using the remote which automatically sent it into the cable setting. then I put it back into hdmi and then the sound worked...


Yesterday, when I started up Netflix, everything I played had no sound.
Everything else on my PS3 aside from Netflix has sound and so does my TV.
The only audio options for Netflix I can find is under the "Audio and subtitles" menu on the specific movie menu, the only options being Stereo and DD Plus 5.1, which both don't work.

I did recently get a new TV, but I have watched Netflix with sound on this TV and also made no changes to it after. Not that I could find anything that would change it regardless.

I even uninstalled and reinstalled Netflix, but still nothing.
also; Netflix on my PC works just fine.
