Someone already beat me to it, but I actually worked for EA at that time and the official word was due to how shitty the Saturn sales was, and that was all on Sega. You don't advertise a release date for a system, launch it almost two months early with no games, then cancel the system and release a new one two years later and expect everyone to be on board and excited over it. That's why the Pluto never came out. Was supposed to be an updated Saturn with a modem built in and they scrapped it for the dreamcast.
Also, best version of SFvs Xmen was on the Saturn. Sad that I don't have it anymore after I finally found all my video hookups for it and realized my Saturn still worked.

i loved the saturn sadly not to long after my dad got it (maybe 6 weeks or so) his house got robbed and never got another one, i remember there been a side scroller game for it that had you start out on a boat and i think everyone was murdered to get to the dock you had to go to the captains room and fight a mutant i think, my dad loved playing Panzer dragoon
Two of the best Saturn games made...

Was waiting for someone to post this, fantastic game. I still get my Saturn out once a year to play through this. Apparently it's out on JP PSN now.

Carbon monoxide has no smell or taste.
It is also a very common gas and very inexpensively produced. Calling bullshit on this guy actually being employed to do that.
I know this is the actual method that they use to euthanize animals but this guy was full of shit, I'm betting.
copypasta should always be assumed bullshit unless proven otherwise

This varies depending upon the quantity. In kill chambers, it does indeed have a strong stench.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbon_dioxideCarbon dioxide is colorless. At low concentrations, the gas is odorless. At higher concentrations it has a sharp, acidic odor.
Everything else that the article states about the kill process in animal shelters is also true. It can take multiple gassings to kill animals, and the shelters do in fact stuff as many inside the chamber as they can at a time. It's standard practice.
Whether the individual's own story is true or not is something we'll never know, but I am personal friends with someone else who has done the same thing, and they can assure you that it is exactly like that. As such, if anyone reading that had an emotional reaction to the suffering of the animals, I must unfortunately inform you that this is in fact what happens (in those states that still permit CO2 chambers).
Holy shit, Keith Courage. I had an older cousin that had a Turbo Grafx 16 and I would play it all the time when I visited him. There was another game I distinctly remember playing but can't remember the name of. It had pretty simple graphics, was a side scrolling platformer, and you could control different animals to get to the end of the level. I think I remember a lion, tiger, turtle, hawk...maybe more. Anyone remember this?
And here are some pictures. Recently discovered sunken city in Egypt.

Admittedly, I completely forgot that the image said monoxide, as both that and dioxide are used in chambers. As such, if the person's story has any chance of being real, they may not be the one responsible for purchasing and/or refilling the tanks, and may not know what goes in them. (This may sound like a comically unlikely mistake, but there is virtually no shelter oversight in many areas.) Either that, or they just believe they're the same thing. I wouldn't put that past someone who talks about going to Hell like it's a definite.
In the end, though, everything else it describes about the process is true.
