Between the Angry Joe and Reddit interviews he's been doing a very shitty job of being a mouthpiece. I realize he's an extension of Microsoft's corporate will but if they want to turn around their public image the first thing you do is change the face of it.

Short of putting some naked chicks up on a podium to do these interviews I don't see anyone doing any better. They did so much damage to begin with it's going to be hard to make up that much ground.

Since joining IEB more than six years ago, Don and his team have accomplished much. Xbox Live members grew from 6 million to 48 million.
