Just because they are trying to satisfy the largest number of customers and still make a profit doesn't make them some evil ass corporation. It makes them like every normal corporation ever. Further more if you had a product that was already about to be produced, or possibly already being produced, you'd be hesitatnt to make a bunch of changes too, because guess what... it's going to cost money. Try looking past your gamer needs for 5 minutes and you might understand the choices the company is making. They wanted this console to go one way, it's clear the customer base did not want that so they made changes based on feedback and holy shit here everyone is still crying.

I just see it all as such a first world problem in the first place it's hard to get riled up about anything other than the crying on the forums about every little thing.
