No I've come around, that's definitely a bundle. Brain no worky I'm used to having to decode CBOAT and ntkrnl's unusually straighforward prose threw me. Big question is kinect or no kinect in that. Probably not so people have been buying kinects since January for no reason lol.

I want this explained: Every game you buy on disc has to access the internet and DL the game. They call it a patch. CoD, for example, has to get 49 GB "patch" downloaded but the digital version is 40 GB. What is going on?

The bluray is as big as your original download. Then you have to download additional info on top of that. Welcome to the huge storage space necessary for digital game downloads.

I'm p.sure they just say that to cover their ass. MS once charged me after I canceled gold the first time, and I called for a charge back. They said it'd take 2-4 weeks, but I had it 3 days later.

there's some speculation that performance might see a minor (and I assume barely noticeable) bump, if they can update firmware so a game can detect there's no kinect/turn off kinect and use the small amount of power normally reserved for kinect operations, although at this point it's hard to tell if that's actually possible and even if it is if the power will make any significant difference (which it probably won't)

I'll agree, I didn't want to get on board however many years ago it was, but once I got a 360 I never had complaints other then "I wish the console was more powerful". Devs did a great job of being lazy for ps3 though so cross platform games were never leaps and bounds better on ps3.

Thats really not the point of why you upgrade though. Most people upgrade for the games, not because they are unsatisfied with their current system.

Yes, the games that slowly start to stop coming to the old console or stop playing as good on the old consoles. That's my reasoning for when to upgrade though, maybe I'm doing it wrong.

I enjoy KI, but really there's nothing out there that says "buy me now" for the One. Titanfall probably made the list for a decent number of people, but most everyone I know who wanted to play it ended up getting PC version instead.

Yeah, Killer Instinct is the only game I'd be interested in playing on Xbox One at this point, and only because Microsoft bought out Rare. I played a ton of Rare games on SNES/N64 back in the day, lol... If Killer Instinct ever hit Steam or something, then forget it, unless Microsoft REALLY does something impressive this year at E3 to redeem themselves, and even then, I'd probably be more inclined to get a Wii U or PS4, if only for things like Smash Bros. and FF15. To this day, I have yet to buy any of the Xbox consoles, mostly due to all the RROD crap and personally hearing about it happen to a friend of mine 3 days after he got a 360... though we've both also had PS3's die on us. Say what you will about Nintendo, but I have yet to see any of their consoles die on me from overheating, abuse, etc.

watch dogs miiiiiight get a few people to upgrade for the next gen version but probably not enough to have a significant impact on sales numbers

WD comes out in the last five days of May AND is cross-gen. With Titanfall 360 outperforming Titanfall XBO it won't amount to much for May's numbers.
