Xbox Done. Kinda catchy if you ask me.
has this been posted?
http://majornelson.com/2013/05/21/xb...nd-used-games/We know there is some confusion around used games on Xbox One and wanted to provide a bit of clarification on exactly what we’ve confirmed today. While there have been many potential scenarios discussed, today we have only confirmed that we designed Xbox One to enable our customers to trade in and resell games at retail.
Beyond that, we have not confirmed any specific scenarios.
Another piece of clarification around playing games at a friend’s house – should you choose to play your game at your friend’s house, there is no fee to play that game while you are signed in to your profile.
"while you are signed into your profile."
Wtf kind of answer is that?? LOLSo how often does it check your connection? "Depends on the experience," Harrison said.
Notice how it specifies that you must be signed on your gamertag. That is a vastly different scenario then letting a friend borrow a game, and pretty much confirms that this screwing Gamefly and redbox rentals.
I feel like such a heavy handed fee on used games will lead people to just wait until the game lowers in price a lot to buy it in the $20-40 range, and that will be bad for game devs because games won't meet their insane forecast.
Sure is a whole it of this going on by MS

Is it just me or does the entire design just REEK of windows 8?
Also this is suppose to be the 3rd generation of Xbox, yet it's clear they took two steps back to square one instead with these new "features". Still not a decent Dpad too? More to add to the fail.
You mean MGS1

Dude, that reminds me of the X-MEN game on Genesis where you literally had to reset the console to beat the game.
Wait... people still play console?
I kid, but seriously, get out of this business while you can. You will find only heartache and trouble with consoles in the upcoming generation and all after it. These things just become more like PCs every year anyway.

Can anyone name one? I can't"There are many devices in your life that require the Internet to function," he said.
No but isn't that also kind of strange?
