Sony has pretty much said that they will not do anything to prevent used games. Now, will they have a system set up for 3rd parties to do it if they want? It remains to be seen.

Personally, I don't think they will. Unless they get a lot of pressure from EA/Activision/Ubisoft to do it.

- No borrowing games or renting games.
- Giving games away can only be done once. However, gifts and resale are left up to the publisher.
- Kinect still always on, but trust us it's not listening to you.

With Xbox One you can game offline for up to 24 hours on your primary console, or one hour if you are logged on to a separate console accessing your library. Offline gaming is not possible after these prescribed times until you re-establish a connection, but you can still watch live TV and enjoy Blu-ray and DVD movies.
