The main characters name is Edward Kenway, father of Haytham Kenway from Assassin's Creed 3. Edward is known as a Privateer, Assassin and occasional pirate. The games location is set in the Caribbean on multiple island including Jamaica, Cuba and the Bahamas.

The current game is running on the Xbox 360, but has plans for next generation console's as well.

I think it could be interesting although I was REALLY hoping for an asian based assassin next. I'm expecting the ship battles to return which I didnt mind in 3. But as much as I hate to admit it...I actually missed the "assassinate this guy next" structure of the older ones after playing through the "fetch" missions of 3.

I'll pretty much play anything that they make though since I'm loyal to the franchise...but not really expecting the same quality as I got from the Ezio titles.

Ubisoft is definitely on some Activision shit though which is making me incredibly annoyed as a customer. Not really surprised they had another game in the works and it probably uses the same engine as ACIII so expect for it to be released this year or the beginning of next. I'll wait to see what kinda information comes out after this. I wanna like this company but I'm really disliking how they handled the glitches in the newest game, especially in multiplayer.
