lol so after not seeing my uncle for 4-5 days, I decided to look him up on the Pinellas county jail site and yup, GMs ganked his ass.

It says sentenced here on the site, but no mention of how long he's supposed to be in for.

Looks like a max of 60 days unless it's a third+ offense, in which case it is up to 5 years. I infer that it isn't his third strike because it's still listed as a misdemeanor.

Byrth beat me to it, but yea, first or second offense is max of 60 days. He got busted for driving with a suspended license. Make sure to inform your uncle when he returns that he's a fucking retard. Also how the fuck do you wind up with almost negative 30 dollars at commissary?

Third offense was in '06 lol. Going through all his prior arrests now

Then I see two in 2009, one in 2011, and one in 2012

So looks like 8th offense, lol.

But he has Mike Babboni as an attorney, of all his arrests (multiple battery charges, including hitting a 60 year old lady who slapped him, her husband, and 3-4 other people that lived in that trailer park; manufacturing weed (90+ plants in the house), etc. etc.) he's never done more than a month in jail, and most of the time it's just time served until his hearing and the most he's gotten was 6 months probation (for the weed).

Most of the time he shows up to court, Babboni meets him in the hallway and said it's already taken care of, you're free to go.

Hell, I remember when his wife would start to throw his shit away or break his stuff when she'd get mad at him he'd say "I'll hit you just like last time and you know I'll get away with it"
