I'm late to the party, but this entire area is clusterfucked. When my old truck broke down I was lucky enough to have a coworker who didn't mind picking me up and taking me to/from work every day until it was fixed. If I'd had to take the bus from where I lived, I would have had to have gotten up by 0300 to get on a bus by 0345 (or some shit, this was like 3 years ago so I can't remember), for a shift start of 0800. Would have had to change buses three times for a 13 mile commute. Fuck that.

CS, your bill looks different than mine, are you with PCU or is it different in Saint Pete? They usually leave warning notices on people's doors that they're going to turn off the water. I don't know why you can't call today, water's kind of important enough to have a 24 hour line.

Apparently, my uncle owes the county $200+, so even though I don't owe any money on the water bill, they went ahead and shut it off anyways.
