    Upgrading Acer M5 wireless card

I'm wanting to upgrade my wireless card to my Acer M5 laptop because the current one is having problems. Does anyone know if Acer requires a particular brand of Mini PCI cards or if I can just get something else? Also! Any suggestions as to which brand I should get? Thanks!

Most laptops have on-board wireless that you can't replace. But, for most M5s you can just buy any type of replacement, you won't get any better performance with anything out of that particular bus.

    This is sufficient: link

Edit: Just to be sure, post your model number.

Then what I posted should work fine for you. All the M5s use internal 2x2 Broadcom 43228+20702 WLAN cards. If you want to double check, you can pop it open. Should be right on the underside where you can see it.
