To think anyone believes Jimmy Fallon is funnier than Conan or Jimmy Kimmel makes me fear for the future of comedy.

Conan is a writer. Fallon has writers (Tina Fey wrote most of the material on SNL during their time there). Is there really a question of who the funnier one is?

Honestly, I will be more surprised if NBC doesn't have buyer's remorse in six months/one year and try to renege on Fallon, a-la Letterman/O'Brien.

The precedent is there, after all.

Here's hoping this new gig bars Fallon from anymore commercials. I can't stand that "50% more taters, that's where tots come from" line. Cringe worthy, every time.

If they do I don't think he'll make it quite as hilarious as Conan did though.
