OVA series has some really amazing action, if you don't have time just watch second episode for the SAKUGA.

Ginga Kikoutai Majestic Prince EP1

Good: The visuals, coloring, action and mecha designs were spectacular and provided an amazing display of effects that would at times leave me muttering "Holy SSSSSSSSSSShit".

Bad: Everything else(characters, plot etc) and need more action.

Why the was this given to gundam seed character designer?

Aku no Hana Ep1

One of the shows this season with the highest potential in terms of premise and setting, but so far it seems like quite a dud. The character development is awfully lacking, character designs are ugly, the scripts are heavy in exposition and low on excitement, and the main character is rather unbearable. It'll be nice if they can turn the show around at some point, but it isn't looking likely. I don't think I can survive another episode. What a waste of that background art and music.

PS I had more fun watching the live stream of Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Bride than this.....

DEVIL SURVIVOR 2 THE ANIMATION Ep1

This was surprisingly watchable and had nice production values(Looks better than Persona 4 anime). Yeah, it's a battle series and the characters are mostly walking cliches, but it was so well-put-together that I almost don't care. The use of magic in the show is also pretty bonkers, resulting in ridiculous stuff like getting summoned out of magic circles from an app and glowing tiger coming out of stone circle. It's all chaotic and bizarre, and the battle sequences are all put through some kind of nasty filter for some reason, but somehow I left the episode with the desire to see more

PS I never played the games.

Zettai Bouei Leviathan Ep1
FUCK YOU GONZO

Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai Ep1

Reintroducing the characters and premise again(while blasting throught the material)..... but who cares really? Kuroneko is back

Namiuchigiwa no Muromi-san Ep1

This was pretty entertaining thanks to how cheesy everything is. I can see myself getting tired of the fairly predictable nature of the comedy but knowing this done by majority of Milky holmes Staff, I don't think I'll have to worry, but like Milky holmes the show isn't for everyone.

Overall:
This was unexpectedly surprised and certainly didnt expect to be laughing for majority of run time.

Like Milky Holmes there some very nice animation helping it's comedic insanity.

haha hyakka ryouran did have a interesting first episode

Aku no Hana did have a nice start at least, I'll still watch it considering its possible to have some interesting fighting later if it can keep the quality it had in that first part of EP1!

Hataraku Maou-sama

I was not expecting this one. Fantastic. Incredible visuals in the opening scenes and hilarious to boot. Dark horse for show of the season for me.

If you were expecting this to be cliched and stupid like I was, do yourself a favor and give it a watch. You won't be disappointed.

also, kuroneko has a ton of fans.. so much hentai/ecchi pics of her already ... (going to post a few in the anime ecchi thread)

Suisei no Gargantia ep 1 was great, looking forward to an MC that alpha. Found a magnet link for the episode 2 raw and I'm about to attempt watching that since I can't wait for subs. :3

edit: Fuck, why did I think one year of moon knowledge would be anywhere near enough. I can understand the situation... but that's not enough ; ;

Subs are out on nyaa for Suisei's ep 2. Gonna have to mux them yourself though since someone on nyaa is being a tightass. Using the 1.5v I replaced "Geisha" with "merman" and "Jumboro" with "Yunboro". There are a handful of minor errors elsewhere but it's decent enough quality.
