Thread is 3,184 posts long. We have differing opinions on 'several times' being enough, because I've never seen it.

I didn't say it was enough, just that it has been posted before. Has also been posted in the GS thread and several times on FFXIAH when people freaked out about SC being discontinued. Due to BG forums favoring threads hundreds of pages long, it's hard to maintain information in central locations, unless someone keeps updating the initial post.

Having a problem with shortcuts. I deleted and redownloaded it to see if that fixed things ( i figured i had an incomplete download of a windower update) which gave me a new problem.

Shortcuts: lua error (unknown 1) - .... blahblahblah statics.lua:67: bad argument #1 to 'pairs' (table expected, got nil

Try just re-running launcher. That will probably download the newest resources for you and fix the problem. If not, get the resources here:

Been crashing a lot on W4 since update, most of the time it's after I zone and then try to type something to chat, then instantly crash. Anyone else having this issue? also, every time I crash, windower pushes updates for all the addons (not just timers), on my 4th crash today and all 4 times I had to update like 5-6 add ons. Anyone else experiencing this?

This is more a failing of BG trying to do the SA Megathread model without enforcing regular updates to the OP, which is a vicious cycle with people not reading the OP because the OP never gets updated.

Alright after trying to figure this out for awhile I am at my wits end. Started to use makeshot, and I use a controller while playing. Can I make a macro to some how simulate crtl+D to start/stop the autoattack? Like have a macro that simulates pressing crtl+d, or a way to add some sort of toggle command into the makeshot.lua.

Code:

 windower.send_command('bind ^d lua i makeshot startshooting')

so " /console lua i makeshot startshooting " should be the same as ctrl d

I can't seem to get autora to function, maybe I'm doing something wrong? ctrl+d doesn't do anything, and /ara start causes a runtime error - autoara/autoara.lua 95: attempt to index field 'status' (a number value) is the error it presents me. Yes i'm engaged to the mob as well.

You know, if you fix an addon, you can submit the fix into the official repository instead of sharing files through links on forums.

So does sc2lua actually do something? I clicked select files and picked my thf xml for example. and clicked convert and got a blank white page with the header on the top. Maybe I am not doing it right?

After windower updated, keep getting gearswap error.
Lua runtime.........yadayadyyda........Windower4//addons/GearSwap/refresh.lua:75: attemp to concentrate field 'short' (a nil value).

This has been fixed five minutes after it first happened. Restart the launcher to get the new files.
