    I have tried that end process thing. both will say not responding though. If i close the right one i can continue on with the one character. if i pick the wrong one i have to redo both anyways lol. Its kinda funny but not.

    That basically sums it up. Try having all your guys pop a warp ring before tele'ing out. Seems to lower the crash rate by a lot. Are you also on an SSD or have FFXI in a secondary hard drive?

    I am trying to make windower scripts for SCH solo SCs to run by /console exec FusionSC.txt for example.

    Does anyone know how to get Waits to work in these?

    When I try this the game does /say Wait 1. etc

    An Example of my script is:

    input /p Fusion INC Fire/Light Magic Burst;
    input /ja "Immanence" <me>;
    input /wait 1;
    input /ma "Fire" <t>;
    input wait 2;
    input /ja "Immanence" <me>;
    input /wait 1;
    input /ma "Thunder" <t>;
    input /p Fusion Closed;

    Don't do input /wait 1

    just do wait 1 in its own line.

    input /p Fusion INC Fire/Light Magic Burst
    input /ja "Immanence" <me>
    wait 1
    input /ma "Fire" <t>
    wait 2

    etc..

    Sorry for asking again, but I think my message got buried earlier.

    Are there plans to add/fix timers' interaction with Mighty Guard and Indi-Spells? As far as I can tell, neither is recognized by timers.

    Also, is it possible for timers to read the augments off Telchine Pieces in order to give the correct duration of spells?

    The last follow-up, is it possible for timers to actually just read the numbers off the new in-game timer SE has added to the buff icons? Seems like that would be the most accurate reading and perhaps the easiest, bypassing all additional calculations, if it's possible that is.

    Thanks!

    Where is plugin drawdistance now located in windower4 addons/plugins? I didn't see it. Is it something I have to dl separately?

    drawdistance is now bundled in with config, an addon.

    I've tried the following code while battlemod was not loaded and I get no results. I dug this code up from portions of this topic that were a few years old - do I need to update the code in some way for it to work now? Or did it never work? lol.

    Code:
    require('sets')

    paralyna_command = S{
     '((.*)) ppp',
    }

    example_command2 = S{
     'testing',
    }

    windower.register_event('incoming text', function(text)
        if paralyna_command:contains(text) then
            windower.send_command('input /ma "Paralyna" (.*)')
        elseif example_commands2:contains(text) then
            windower.send_command('input /p The test worked!')
        end
    end)
    I also found

    Here's a clickable link for you. However, I'm not sure how to apply his code to my code. Specifically, I don't know whether to add a comma after the function, put this code in parenthesis, both, or perhaps some other method that I'm unaware of? The way he says it might be obvious to him but idk how to do that w/o instructions.

    Please help me to get this working ^^ Thanks in advance!

    I have a question about a friend who is going to be switching fro Xbox to PC. This person has played Xbox the entire time, and they are very used to FFXI's built in Xbox keyboard. This doesn't exist for vanilla PC FFXI, but I'm wondering if there's something that's been made like it for Windower. If not, if anyone knows of a program that could preform the same functions.

    EDIT: To clarify, what they want is what they have on Xbox: a type buffer. IE something that lets them type out stuff while still being able to use macros and the like.

    SE announced that they were going to add the keyboard that you're describing to PC FFXI, perhaps this update. {Please look forward to it}

    There is no similar windower addon.

    I believe this keyboard was added the last update or the one before. Though im not sure it works for all PCs. I know it worked for my PC. Its in config somewhere or in the config app you have to load without the game open. Im pretty sure its the ingame config though.

    I made this a while back. You'll need to alter the values for your specific telchine enh. duration +, but that should be about it.

    Code:

    Thanks for supplying the code. I will definitely give it a shot. Looks like it can also be a good place for the timers dev to start, if he hasn't already started something. I supposed he'll need to add a function to parse through the gear equipped at the time of casting, not sure if that's difficult or not.

    Howdy! Just came back and was messing with the timers plugin blacklisting things I did not want to pop up. Is there anything different you need to do to blacklist 1-hour abilities? I tried to blacklist Familiar/Unleash on my BST but putting it under abilityrecast did not seem to do anything.

    Could I please get a response on this? Surely someone knows how to get this working. I'd currently like to use it to track when a mob debuff wears off, as I don't know how else to do so within a gearswap lua. I'd need to get Arcon's code fitted onto it in order to make it very desirable, too, so that I can use it with battlemod active. Please, someone tell us how to fix this code ^^

    Probably this?

    Code:
    paralyna_command = "PPP"
    example_command2 = "TESTTESTTEST"

    windower.raw_register_event('incoming text',function(col,org,mod)
        if string.find(org,paralyna_command) then
            windower.send_command('input /ma "Paralyna" <me>')
        elseif string.find(org,example_command2) then
            windower.send_command('input /p The test worked!')
        end
    end)
