They exposed the action packet, for the record. Getting to work transitioning battlemod to run off that. It looks like one unintended consequence will be a faster battle chat log. If I print things out when the packet appears, they show up a second or two before the real message.
Anyway to update battlemod to have a color for bst pets or am I missing the setting for that in the config?
I don't think pets are exposed yet. I'll put in a request for a get_pet() function.
For Timers plugins, how do you move them? I'd like to move them more in the middle so that they won't overlap with the magic list.
Recast_X and Recast_Y in windower4/settings/Timers.xml
Is there a mod/lua/plugin that tracks buffs you have put on other people?
There's a temporary Lua addon. In the future timers will do that though.
Otherwise you can use "Slacker".
Awesome tool, but despite it being opensource nobody took after it so it's kinda dead.
Still works but some of the things added over the last months are not tracked there of course.
awesome, thanks.
Any way to change time stamp from 24hrs to 12hrs?
Why would you want to?
Why does he have to justify his preferences to you? Answer: he doesn't.

TimeStamp Format [%I:%M:%S%p] is what I use. You can even force the date into it, but it gets huge and causes issues with the log.
I have a question about the UI size setting, there is x1 normal size x2 double and x3 triple, is there a way to make it x1,5?
Trying to find out how i can dumb down the graphics on windower4, on 3.4 the default settings i left it at when installed had the game running very smoothly and didn't burden my computer at all, but ever since I've switched to windower4, the setting got bumped way up and stress my computer quite a bit but it never gets choppy. Anyone know how to revert it to default 3.4 settings?
There's a bug in the current version of Windower 4 that causes it to overwrite the registry graphics settings each time you launch POL with it. The workaround that has been suggested is to launch POL with Windower 4, then use the Windower 3.4 GUI launcher to change your graphics settings and launch another POL instance (with 3.4), then closing the 3.4 instance and proceeding to log into FFXI with your original Windower 4 instance.
It's a bit clunky, but it works, until Windower 4 is patched.
Set your registry graphics settings, then go and save a reg file of those settings. Open pol, and anytime before you get to "play" screen in pol and load ffxi, run reg file and reset old graphics settings.
