I was hesitationg to ask about this, as it would be a lot of work for Motenten (who I think is the only one who has to work on this, basically changing from reading chat log to reading packets), but now that you did...

A Kparser that could coexist with Battlemod would be the most awesome thing in the universe!

A parser that doesn't rely on the chatlog at all has been planned for a while, but people get lazy/bored/distracted/whatever. Scoreboard already works regardless of the chatlog, and it could be expanded to do much more than what it currently does. Just needs someone willing to do it.

So I haven't been into Delve in over a week. Returned today and I saw a big timer counting time left into the fracture.
Looks like a part of Timers (same font, same size etc) but I couldn't find the setting inside the XML.

Which addon is this thing from?

While I appreciate Scoreboard, it really lacks what makes KParser so useful, which is all the detailed information you can get, for example, acc values depending on buffs active, how much time you had haste on, what was your WS frequency and averages, etc, etc.

You can use KParser to do this.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it only works between some characters and sometimes that is only one way and it wont work the other way.

eg, at the moment I have 3 Characters logged on. Using the command: //send @all /nod:
    On Player1: Just Player1 nods.
    On Player2: Player2 and Player1 nod.
    On Player3: Player3 and Player1 nod.

    Similarly, I can send a normal command from Player2 or Player3 to Player1, but I can't send a command from Player1 to Player2 or Player3

At other times it's been different. Player1 and Player2 have been able to send commands to each other, but neither to Player3 whilst at the same time Player3 can send commands to Player1 and Player2.

Other times it's worked normally and all three chars can send anything to either one.
    As a follow up:

Yesterday all three characters could send commands to each other perfectly.

Today, Player 1 and 2 can send commands to each other, but neither can send commands to 3. Player 3 can still send commands to players 1 and 2.

Please someone help me out with this. It's really fucking irritating not knowing whether it feels like working today or not.

No amount of unloading/reloading the addon on any char will Player 3 want to receive commands from players 1 or 2 today. Which is fairly frustrating.

Looks to be part of the "custom" set of timers. Try setting the customTimerLimit to 0.

When you first logged in, did you make sure that "IPC: Listening on port XXXXX" popped up on each screen?

Yes it was that one, thanks.
What else is that section of timers used for, other than Delve Fracture?

That shit scrolls way too fast for me to check. What is that and what does it mean?

It's not a part of Timers at all, it's probably an addon that does it. Not having done Delve yet, I can't say for sure which, but any addon can use Timers' custom timers to display things, but I hear Plasmon does Delvy things. Maybe it's that? If it is, it probably also has an option to disable that part.

It's the port on which communication through IPC is enabled, as it is sent over TCP. This error is known, but its cause isn't. It's proven exceptionally tricky to diagnose, but efforts are being made to incorporate a debugging option into the Hook, allowing for far more accurate diagnostics than has currently been possible. It should be out very shortly, then hopefully we'll get more insight into this error and can fix it.

    Yeah, looking at plasmon's changelog:

    ## Changelog ##

    ### v1.20130604 ###
    * **add**: Added a 45 minutes timer. Requires Timers plugin's custom timers function.
Nothing regarding it in the settings.xml so I think using customTimersLimit is the only way to disable it for now.

I'm confused about some of the stuff related to adjusting the colors of BattleMod text.

Most the applicible text in the "colors.xml" is obvious given the name but what are the "<a10> through <a25>" text options referring to? Do those correlate to alliance members? And I assume the "<p0> through <p5>" refers to your party members. But does that mean that the "<p0>" option is the color for your character? If not which setting changes the color for stuff for your character doing things. I just want my damn color to not be bright red.

Yes, those are party/alliance members. <p0> is your character. Set that to 0 to disable coloring.

Even without plugins loaded I have had for the longest time that crash when loggin into a character. Then i usually restart and have to wait 10 minutes for that character to not be online anymore. sometimes ilog into a mule and then back to get on (one time tho it made the craziest glitch with my chatlog and controls)

Anyone tried dynamis helper? I been farmin sandy a bit and the proc part of it seems to be a bit off. it almost always has a WS proc mob as a JA mob and vice versa. usually magic is ok but it is sometimes switched with one of the others.

Hi. Just returned to the game couple days ago and installed this version. Love it. Simple as hell. Only question I have is, how do I move the timers around? The Deive tracker and ability timers are right above/on the ability menu on the bottom left hand side. Just would like to move them for i can see that menu again lol.

I've had this happen with blinkmenot being on. It really doesn't seem to like me muling, and crashes the game around the third or forth muled login. Do you have bmn loaded during this?

Most of the plugins have setting xml files to modify while a couple need some init.txt modifications. Zonetimer and statustimer come to mind as needing init mods:
    zt setposy -17
    zt setfontsize 8
    st setcolora 168
    st setbgcolora 96

are what I use for them.

One way to see this and other things at start is to take note of the plugins you have enabled, disable them through the launcher, and add them to your init.txt with wait 1; in between each. This circumvents the autoloading that windower normally does, in fact, look in the autoload.txt for the load commands for the plugins (do not modify that file though).

I did this to try and find a plugin that was crashing me upon POL transitioning to the game and just left it that way lol. Takes a little longer to fully load but you'll know exactly what causes a crash on startup if it happens, or any other info that the console normally displays without it getting pushed out so fast at startup.
