From what I heard, they wanted to introduce Clarice in the 4th season, but they were having issues obtaining the rights. They are still looking for a home, and I am sure that other networks will see how much of a following the show has when they do their Comic Con Panel in a few weeks.

Last I heard Hulu has an option to pick it up. Not sure if I like this idea or not, I think Netflix would be a better option. Aside from Hemlock Grove, I havent seen any Netflix original series I didnt like.
