Odd error in media player classic

Out of nowhere MPC stopped working when I use my speakers. It's still receiving audio via the computer because it shows up in volume mixer, but nothing is coming out of MPC. If I play the same video in windows media for example it would work just fine. If I change my audio output to my usb headset it will work as well. I tried flipping the internal audio switcher in MPC but that didn't do a damn thing.

    Halp.

edit: just fixedit myself rewiring my settings. Odd.

Have you tried playing other videos with different encoding settings in MPC? Do they produce the same results?

Yeah, they did. It was just an output issue. I went one by one and reminded MPC what setting went to what and it fixed itself. What a finicky program.

At least it was a simple solution. The next thing I was going to suggest involved registry editing.

What made it work was I had line 1 created and set to listen, so when I set MPC to that it fixed it. So I reset it to go through speakers, that fixed it, then set to system default so that it would change for when I swap from speakers to headset.

Surprised I didn't do this earlier.
