WTB Saints Row III Full Package (Steam)

I'd like to purchase SR3: Full Package on Steam, I have a copy myself that I got during the steam sales but I wanted to get one for a friend, preferably a copy that isn't $49.99.

What would you consider a reasonable price? I might be able to trade some of my stuff to get you one and I'd like to see if it would be worth my time

Anything that's cheaper than $49.99, I was hoping somewhere around $30 since it was $15 during the steam sales but anything that is a savings. I'd rather give people here money than just buy it on steam if someone has one/selling one.
