I'm getting 2/tick refresh with Indi Refresh at 78 Geo/sch with 303 skill which doesn't match up with the post above
My bad. I evidently cant countI updated my original post! I'm still exhausted from the 12hr exp party yesterday ;3
Looking at the spell lists in POLUtils, the list goes: Indi-Regen, Indi-Poison, Indi-Refresh, magic(771), Indi-STR, (rest of Indi-STATs), (rest of Indi-spells), Geo-Regen, Geo-Poison, Geo-Refresh, magic(801), Geo-STR, (rest of Geo-STATs), (rest of Geo-spells). That is to say, both Indi- and Geo- have a suspicious hole in their spell lists at the end of the ____ over Time spells where a -Regain spell ought to logically go. It looks as if they changed their minds on Regain late in development.
Created BG Wiki page for Geomantic Reservoir compiling all of the great information in this thread.

Just gotta find Geo-Fade. Feel free to add any notes to "comments" to make these things easier to find for other players.
I would wager more on an artifact bell ala PUP artifact than a spell. Plus, why regain is nice, I don't think it would warrant use for a GEO buff over attack or debuffs. Unless you want to melee, it would be wasted as an Indi buff.
What would be nice is if the first AF quest gave you both a bell and a regain plate. They'd have to add a reservoir for it too.
381 combined gives:
Stat +11
Regen +20
Attack +23
Def +37
Edit: Fingers crossed that it will be like that with both spell and bell. I was really annoyed at there being 1 bell and RUN gets several JSE great swords.
Double checking on 2 accounts, give me a sec to confirm~ I'll edit it in~
381 Skill = 7.6% or so~
Attack: 297>320 (23)
Attack: 290>312 (22)
381 Skill = 10.8% or so~
Def: 333>369 (36)
Def: 353>391 (38)
Another edit: I'm just over 1/2 way to max skill. Since it's percentage based I'm assuming cap for attack will be around 15% and defence 20%~ I hope I'm wrong though cause it would suck if it's that little.
At 216 combined I'm getting 5.4% on Fury and 6.5% with Attrition up.
If we are predicting that Regen is going to be 20/tick while fully capped, and that defense is going to be 20% when capped, that some what leads be to believe that they will follow the same tier structure, the same can be said about stats and Fury, currently getting +5 stats and 5% attack base.
I really hope this doesn't scale linearly, because a 15% AoE attack buff that requires the buffer to either stay nearby or use a pet that can die is pretty bullshit.
Yeah, if it is linear then SE need to wake up and realise that it's in direct competition with COR that can give +35% and BRD that can give a static 140(even more w/ Harp)~
Yeah, and neither of those jobs have to stand on the monster so they can buff their party.
And both BRD and COR can give varied buffs to different members of their party depending on what they need :/ The inflexibility of GEOs buffing system needed to be made up for by either unique buffs or competitive numbers...
