I can't really find any harvesting points in Yorcia. I went all the way to the tree. Saw one from the start North.
Anyone try to desynth the silk thread from the crawlers? Maybe thats the source we are looking for...
Pretty sure GEO legs have 12% FC. GEO/WHM reraise recast is :54. 90% recast + 4% for the haste so 6% reduction from FC. Someone correct me if I'm wrong plz.
@ 813 combined skill (meritsx16 + Bell + Hands + Cape = +35 skill) Indi-Fury gives 35/256 attack (703->799) and Indi-Stat are +22. Refresh is still 5/tic. Indi-Regen is 30/tic. Indi-Fend appears to be 48/256 defense. (523->619).
With only bell, Fury is 34/256 (700 --> 792) but stats are still +22
With Cape + Bell, Fury is still 34/256. With hands+ bell (+30 skill) Fury is still 34/256.
Anyway, so you need Full merits + Geomancy Mitaines + Filiae Bell + Lifestream Cape to reach the final (currently reachable) tier on Fury, and assuming that frailty still mirrors it, Frailty.
813 skill, confirmed Frailty as 13.67% defense down (35/256) (Defense 624 ---> 538)and drops to 13.28% 34/256 (624-->541) if you remove the cape.
So bolstered Frailty is ~27.34% defense down at the maximum skill level currently attainable, lol.
Any of you know if spellcast could handle a rule where if a luopan is out, equip the Mitaines on the idle set instead of Serpentes? I have a similar rule for Sublimation but I'm not sure how to make it (I assume <if Pet="Luopan", etc.?). I guess I should direct that towards the spellcast thread, so sorry if it's kind of too off-topic!
Maybe some of the monsters drop the grass? This is getting ridiculous.
Thanks so much for that info. It looks like I'll be dropping my healing and elemental magic skills for geomancy and handbell.
I'm 4/5 on my GEO AF, and 3/8 akaso for my body, and I'm kind of giving it a rest. Either the prices will come down or I'll just slowly try to harvest with a stack of sickles when I pass through Yorcia. 10 million is too much to pay for a piece of AF.
That said, do we know what the Enhances Life Cycle does on the body piece?
I'll also note here that it seems in Ulbuka, the closer you are to fatigue, the more likely you are to get a rarer item (noted various places). Ionis has minor gathering fatigue reduction, so if you have that on, take note that you'll lose fatigue faster. Also Critical Slice *IS* helpful here, as noted in this screenshot:

I think the most likely explanation is that the thread and cloth were supposed to be really common prizes from Skirmish 2 since they were going to be in the same update, but Skirmish 2 got delayed even further and they didn't bother adding anywhere else to get it.
And Critical Slice is TH placebo. It helps but not a significant amount. Since I bought it I've seen like 15 Criticals. Two were "You sliced critically but got nothing" and the rest is either the seeds, chigoes, or Moko grass.
The AF Body seems to increase the effectiveness of Life Cycle by +10%. I still only loose ~25% of my Max HP when using Life Cycle.
Also, did Atmas always use to affect Lupons or did I miss something in the update notes? I've been to Abyssea tons of times as Geo and have never noticed it before. With Regen atma my lupon is recovering HP, even when Blaze and Attrition is in effect.
Since there's enough skill gear for it now, has anyone checked if you need to fulltime the +Skill for the luopan/indi potency given these aren't your typical buff/debuffs?
I am stuck on the quest "The Communion" for Geo Pants. I was informed that it was soloable by a Geo using a Mag. Def + Indi spell on yourself and using a Mag. Acc. Geo spell on the NM. Also I was told that it would be an easy solo on RUN using Lunge and keeping Flabra Runes up. I've tried both and each time I die very fast. Am I doing something wrong here or were these people right? I imagine that most Geo's have gotten this part out of the way and are not looking to help but I am finding it hard to find people to just help fight this thing.
