Has anyone tested Embolden + Blink?

edit: embolden + pro/shell works, so maybe good for embolden + shell, since shell has a long duration anyways ?

For Fight - Only Gram (GS) worth wearing, as the DPS is TOP fifth for RUN, if you do not have Borealis and or Crobaci. (1mp/tick + Refresh 3mp/tick)
During Idle - Hairpin, Body (If Manasa Chasuble), Subligar + Gram and Oneiros Grip (If MP below 75%), u get 5mp/tick from gears, or 6mp/tick when MP<75%.

Of course, these... we are talking solo or no support situation.


Has anyone tried DW Swords? How do you like it? Since RUN has access to all Sword WS. (STR MND ACC from Thaumus probably give Requiescat some good buffs?)
DPS from Sanus Ensis and Ephemeron are Top 2 and Top 4 in RUN weapon list. (DPS info from ffxiah)

Run is on Orvail robe too if you need a refresh body just for idle(pretty terrible otherwise).

Not sure how much mp/tick on Orvail, but Manasa Chasuble is 2mp/tick, which is considering easy to get, if you have a Meeble static.

I am still leveling but my eyes still see run/blu as having some advantages as well especially cocoon to keep inline with tanking add in the traits and at least wild carrot for heals not the greatest but hey better than nothing killer effects, dispels if stick and haste only 10%. Seems workable now if some of the blu spells can be hate generators as well looks pretty good. Also can't forget the world needs more head butt....

I did RUN/BLU with Embolden Pro IV Cocoon Phalanx and Tacos in Reives the other day. Pushed my defense up to 1000 with gear and mobs weren't hitting me so hard. The Range was 30-90 instead of getting hit for 200+

That's definitely a good way for Reives.
I'll try that when server back on ! ^^

No real way of self healing outside of Wild Carrot is the main issue there. Have got Liement every 10m and Regen IV, but those only go so far.

Wild Carrot was helpful but not amazing and I did have to apply Regen IV a few times but it helped when teaming up on mobs and I wasn't tanking.

I will always have a pocket mage so mostly worried about hate holding and damage taken really basically my new tank job if possible I don't like /sam hasso/seigen casting penalties suck so looking at alternative like /blu and can't wait to try ws+ca+spell + lunge MB should be full where are those dang sc charts again lol.

Looked through the thread and didn't see it mentioned, but does RUN get access to Fell Cleave? Tried looking on BG wiki, but the G.Axe WS don't appear to be updated with RUN on them.

I don't remember seeing it but I've been /sam. I think you need to /war or /drk to access it.

Reso+ ca+spell can make Fire or wind or water for lung MB not a ton of damage for the spell but the MB still should be nice....

sekki power slash -> reso -> distortion -> lung water/ice mb would be the way to go always want to end with your biggest damage ws if possible.... But would have to factor is that gonna beat 2x reso's and non MB lunge move....
