Why the fuck not? Having a "magic tank" job that makes magic hit the other party members instead wouldn't honestly be any stranger a design decision than making a "tank" job that uses damage to help hold hate, then making a portion of its already substandard damage hate-free and nerfing damage hate in the same update.
Is there a way to get BuffDuration addon to recognize how long rune enhancements last?
It's recognizing that I use it, but it's giving it 0 duration. I imagine it might take some voodoo to make it tell me when my 1st one will start wearing off, without making it cluttered with all 3 recasts.

According to Mocchi today, they are pretty much halving all recast timers for run abilities at the end of the month.

I doubt they would ever let them full-time those so the durations kinda had to come down.
Recast merits could be potentially interesting now though. Valiance would come down to 4 min 10 seconds if it's an option. Then there's the possibility of AF giving it a duration boost maybe.
At least now RUN can fulltime elemental protection, starting with Valiance and switching to Vallatio when it wears off. That's a step in the right direction... Now let's focus on the RUN not dying/having to be curebombed because of the physical attacks.

I'd rather a 10% dmg taken to mp. Also I don't think there is any sort of damage check while parrying, so that wouldn't really work?
