Grevan seems to not want to complete my quest.

Same here, Grevan is cock blocking me on this quest. Could be something related to the completion of Flowers for Svenja quest?

Flowers for Svenja is a quest that was introduced this update. I think it's pretty much confirmed that SE screwed up and the NPC Grevan is glitched if you've completed that quest beforehand.

Another update failure? Uggg. And this is the last quest other than 1 of the garden ones which no idea how to flag it... probably just time

I don't think you understand. emergency maint is only for when good things happen to players... this shit probably wont be resolved for days. Hell it took them over 6 months once for them to finally fix me being stuck on a mission awhile back

Once you finish the library quest, you're given the option to pick a Naakual drop if you have the first 3 KIs and 2nd set of 2. So, you can pick 1 drop from the first set of Naakuals and 1 from the 2nd if you have the KIs.

I was wandering what the ki were for.

I haven't started or completed that quest. I did receive library related chat from Grevan.

Then theres no new bonus? or SE ninja split up melee and magic skillup bonus because they had no idea what to do lol

Completetd the library quest and I got a reward option with all drops from the first three naakuls, checked the NPC again for 10k bayld and a KI Ivory wing talisman. I got the first three naakul wins and I'm max rank in inventors and rank 4 in pioneers, couriers, scouts, also finished all missions and 30-40 quests.

Talking to the npc again after completing the library quest got me an ivory wing talisman (less xp loss during reives) and 10,000 bayld. Edit: or yeah, shown above.

I did the first two cutscenes in the Flowers for Svenja quest, but I haven't completed it yet.
