Maybe. Prior to the update bg wiki had it as
Minor Combat Skill and Magic Skill Gain Rate, Minor Experience Point Bonus, Minor Reward Obtainment Rate Increase. And after the update skill gain rate got changed to moderate

maybe SE adjusted the ionis NPC to say moderate skill gain, but the registrar still says minor.

Grevan insists on not wanting to talk about the Library. ._. Was really hoping for getting some stuff from the Wildskeepers, after getting shafted with the grip from Hurkan...!

Well the library in-game info puts Umbrils and Heartwings into the (elementals) family.

I've cleared Colkhab, Yumcax, and Hurkan but missing last 2, no reward options yet. I didn't flag the Svenja quest until I just went to the door npc for library quest and was able to proceed fine.

Here's a question... is there any indication that you can go back and get your Naakul drop, even if you don't have all the KIs right now? I only have 2 of the five and have been farming bayld so I should have enough for another few if I really book it. On the other hand, I've been really wanting to take a look at what the library has to offer as well...

I was rank 3 fame and Palomel would not say anything regarding the Library. Ranked up to 4 and it worked.

from what patch notes says, the library should work as an achievements reward area.
i dunno if it notice of youor progress AFTER you've alreday turned back quest tho... if not, that'd suck, so it's possible lol

edit: that's why i'm not completing quest until i've got 5/5 KIs

4/5 and got information about the first three, not the new two.

Hopefully when I kill Yumcax I can get drops from the new ones.

I got the Mog Gardens key items from Zenicca on main. She won't offer them to sell to my mules though. They're not ranked up in any coalitions that might be why. My main has done the gardens clam quest too but mules haven't so that's another possibility.

Also has the source of Snowsteel been discovered yet? I see one person with it on FFXIAH from only minutes ago, probably can come from Mog Gardens now.

were you able to upgrade your furrow to lvl 3, like the other gathering nodes? or just lvl 2?

A friend got one from a Dho Gates Colonization Reive while we were messing around in there trying to find somewhere else to get capes reliably. Kinda annoyed that Dho and Yorica have so few reives compared to Marjami.

My alt is rank 2 fame and got the correct dialog from Palomel. My main however can't seem to flag it. -.-;;

Have to wonder if the Naakual achievement reward is a one time deal or repeatable somehow. Doesn't seem to leave any ends open for repeats, but maybe rekilling them or waiting a conquest tally resets the quest.

KIs are perma so you dont lose it. I think you cant repeat it.

Oh, what quests did you complete ranking up? maybe one of them was blocking it.
