Ravoignac in PIO coal seems pretty broken.
He said biv#1 in foret was 0% constructed, so i went there with a supply mission kust to discover its durability to be 100%.
Of course when questioning Ravoignac again, he still says "0% constructed"...

Have you tried talking to Palomel anyway? When I did the quest I never got any indication from the turd to talk to her and didn't even realize he was part of the quest since I was just running around talking to all npc's in front of doors instead of looking it up lol. Worth noting I did a thirst for the ages a long time ago already too.
Does Gwynblaine intend to update his old maps in light of the new connections to the new zones, and maybe make maps for the 3 new zones as well?
...because people have been bugging me to make new maps...
unlike before where i'd try to verify it, i simply compiled info taken from lotsa other maps and cross-referenced them before marking them down.
i do not attest to the accuracy of Yorcia, but i think it should help some.
also, its my birthday and i've got nothing to do while afk-lair reiving.
Spoiler: show
Congratuthanks, Spira!
Threw onto the wiki with credits. Thanks.
Goddamn Spira, those look fantastic.
Thank you Spira and happy birthday!
Thanks! and happy birthday!
July birthdays are the best birthdays. True story.
I think I've figured out how the library works. As you defeat naakuals more entries appear under the naakuals section of the bestiary. As you survey "different" locus, more entries appear under geography...as you complete quests, more entries appear under personages, etc. Clearly the system is tied to completing these entry books. Basically this means that its not in your best interest to spam the same coalition task. Each of the 6 coalitions can earn entries. People will start needin to assemble groups to clear reives to get to locus and people are going to have to start doing reives in zones they aren't used to doing reives, etc. basically, this changes everything. Ivory is the lowest award and bronze comes after. Each require a certain amount of entries
hmmm well while I have surveyed alot of stuff I know I haven't surveyed yorica/marjami one of the gates and cirdas all of which are in my book. Might be just going there or something.
The naakual part is definitely right. I can't really tell about quests since I've done them all lol. Also is history locked for everyone else?
happy birthday spira and best ever present for us
I got my fifth reduction on KIs after 59-61 imprimateurs since my last reduction, along with that i got 3 naakuals kills i didnt have, plus 3-4 quests including order up and the new missions. My info kinda supports the 60 imprimateurs + other side requisites per reduction i guess, I am contributor on everything except peacekeepers, in which i am Disciple with 6 imprimateurs in.
So far I have used ::
27 imps -> Couriers' Coalition
40-59 imps -> Pioneers' Coalition
85 imps -> Scouts' coalition
5 K reduction, very low fame.
Random question, I noticed on BG wiki, it says Advisor rank is currently the highest. I thought we only had one rank in this patch?
Lag, double post.
Nice maps and happy bday!
There's definitely a relationship between rank and fame for KI reductions. Maybe each Fame level equals the number of reductions possible but in order to qualify for that reduction you have to have spent X number of imps towards a coalition rank promotion. So lets just say for demonstrative purposes it takes 60 imps to get a -5k reduction, so if you're Fame Level 5, you can have up to five -5k reductions for a total of -25k on your KI purchase, but only if you've spent the 240 imps. Has anyone so far gotten more than -25k off a KI?
