Don't conquest tally waits usually require you to have to start the quest after the tally? Meaning all the kills would have had to be done in the last 6-7 hours and onward?

Are there any conquest tally waits that have requirements that can be even be attempted prior to the conquest tally?

Not that I know of, just saying none of the kills before today may have counted if people are attempting to redo this "quest"

It's actually really easy. I open your maps in paint to resize them to 50% I open them in DXTBmp, uncheck 'include when saving' under MipMaps then save as DDS and select DXT3. Then get the program ChangeTex, you can find it on most dat modding websites. Select the dat you're going to modify where it says file path, click the ????? button (bottom left button) and point to your DDS file!

Map->Colonization->move cursor to zone you're interested in and it says current bivouacs/max bivouacs.

There is a npc in pioneer I think that talks about supplies/completion of biovacs but I think I read it might be bugged. Think that's the only thing that says which ones in a zone other than the system messages. Could also compare how many you can warp to and how many are up under conquest

if you've never marked maps in that zone before, you can go to the map marking NPC outside scouts and have her mark it for you. she'll only mark the bivouacs that have been established.

edit: nvm seems like they dont offer it for the new zones yet.

Anyone else get 10k kinetic units from Reja Ygridhi npc in Celennia Library? I seemingly got it after I hit adviser in Couriers Coalition.

You get the 10k kinetic units by completing all quests inside the city.

Question:

Do Cirdas Caverns Col/Lair Reives influence Yorcias Col rate? I ask because the map defaults to Yorcia when you bring up the Caverns.

I don't think it is only competing all the quests.
I have all the quests done except for GEO&RUN limit breaks with level 5 fame, but library has only given me the complete all quests outside of town reward (10k bayld).
Maybe rank 6 fame is required?

Marjami's really nice for the piss easy walk to the northern most Locus near camp. Once station 4 is built, the most westernly one would be the easiest then.

Need to wait around for the Yorcia walls to drop to get near those ones.

Also the Ergon's on Spira's map are wrong. They are in the right places, but wrong order. I can't remember which, but I know the two I visited were wrong. Sorry can't be more helpful

Well then the requirement is different then stated. I finished all the quests aside from g5 awhile ago and still haven't gotten the KU thing people talk about

Spira's maps are correct. Ergon Loci being mislabeled by the game client is a currently known issue.

An update on my quest to get the library NPC to give me copper mattock & shovel cordons:
Since this post, I went and got Advisor rank in Courier's and Probationer rank in Peacekeeper's. I also went and completed a Patrol assignment for Peacekeepers, so I have all 18 assignment types completed.

A few things we can eliminate as requirements to get these items:
- Getting Advisor in one coalition
- Ranking up at least once in every coalition
- Completing at least one of each assignment type (good because it means people who didn't jump on Courier's aren't getting boned)

So... I'm really starting to think that these items come from either having a high rank in ALL coalitions... or its simply massive imprimatur usage. I haven't gotten my KU reward yet though, because I still have one pesky Mog Garden quest to unlock and complete, so I don't know if that is a prerequisite to getting the shovel/mattock awards similarly to how Naakual rewards worked.
