I can confirm that achieving Partner rank in all coalitions doesn't net you any more bonuses from the library NPC. Guess we have to get all Advisor in order to get any goodies.

You still won't get any goodies at Advisor rank on all coalitions. The KI's haven't been implemented. (Friend has advisor in all coalitions)

No he doesn't , however, the missions aren't all released either. I've never seen the game reward someone for completing 1/3 of the missions in a story line before.
Secondly, the library NPC, so far, doesn't give rewards based on a combination of things (All coalitions at Advisor & Missions completed up to current cap).
Unless you're just wondering if you get something for completing all missions up to this point on it's own.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but so far library npc rewards are:

Complete all outside quests (pre-update): Ivory Wing Talisman, 10k Bayld.
Complete all inner city quests including mog garden (pre-update): 10k Kinetic Unit
Complete all WKR to this point: Pick 2 rewards.

I have a feeling that something more along the above lines will be:

Complete all coalition assignments for every coalition up to Advisor : Bronze KI (Inline with Captain rank in ToAU).
Complete 1000 Imprimatures : Other Bronze KI

I'm just making this shit up, but seems more inline with previous rewards than: All Ranks at Advisor & All missions up to now & wearing full Lizard armor & waxing moon 75% while facing NPC from NW at 2.7 Yalms.

This shouldn't be possible yet, unless he severely abused the initial bug of taking an assignment and cancelling for bonus tags. Are you sure you're not mistaken and he has all at Partner rank? Thats been possible under normal circumstances for a couple of days now. It should be another 35ish days before anyone can possibly have all at Advisor.

Personally working on knocking out all available assignments from Probationer - Partner now, seeing if that unlocks anything.

There is a quest that doesn't show up in Quest Log under Active quests maybe you haven't completed that one? (The one where you answer colonization related questions in Eastern Adoulin, and you have to talk to him after RL day (jp midnight) to complete.)

Also do you have Trinket for the Tyrant in your completed quest log?

3 of my characters have completed all quests. Only 1 got the 10k units. The only difference between them I can tell is the others haven't gotten there 2nd wkr prize

doubt theyd make a reward for completing all coalition assignments since there are some in the courier's coalition that become permanently unavailable once the frontier station is established in a zone. They never made a reward for completing Campaign Ops and I know a lot of people that struggled to complete all of those in hopes there was a reward.
One interesting fact though is that Coalition counts as a Quest and not a Mission like Assaults/Campaign Ops. That could be why Coalition Rank affects WKR KI's.

It's not in the quest log and people have gotten it without completeing all 5 WKR. It just seems like other conversations cockblock you

All 5 naakuals killed, all missions done, all quests done except for geo genkai since it's lv 15...going by what Byrth said that one could be the missing point.

Okay so I'm going to be that guy now...but all the people who said that Disciple -> Contributor is 25 and not 20 imprimateurs, if I remember everyone said that it was at the inventors coalition. I just hit 62 at inventors, and I'm still Disciple. I think SE somehow fucked up their imprimatur count at that one coalition, because I know I hit Contributor at 60 at scout, Pio and PCK.

Can someone whos inventor status isnt past contributor check this out?

I haven't done the GEO limit break (but I have done the RUN one) and I was able to get my 10k KU. My mule hasn't done either and she could get it as well. All quests (besides mentioned limit breaks and obviously AF quests) and missions done on both characters, all five naakuals killed, and just about every Imp since release used on both of them.

It is. I got my KU pre-update; was 5/5 Naaukuls, all pre-update quests completed (Excluding GEO/RUN LB) and only Advisor in Courier's, other coalitions untouched.

I got the 10k reward after accepting the Naakul rewards. The conversation for accepting each of the 2 Naakul rewards was basically blocking me from accessing the 10k reward. Once I accepted both of those, subsequent conversations (without a need for zoning) gave me the other two rewards. I did not have GEO LB done, but DID have RUN LB done as well as every other quest (town, outdoors, Mog garden) completed. I was also current in story missions if that had anything to do with it.

I DID have one repeatable quest flagged as a repeat in the "Current" quest log (It sets my heart aflutter) so that doesn't affect it.

I had not done tasks in every coalition. I had 0 Imps done in Inventors and Mummers. Scouts/Peacekeepers/Pioneers were at max at the time with Couriers halfway to max.
