Probably need Bivoucs to break that soft cap.

I'm inclined to believe this. On Phoenix, we had been hovering at 10-11% all day and the reives were being camped and killed nearly immediately upon pop. We got a Bivoauc and almost instantly cracked 12%.

Also, about the mining points in Morimar... there are points before the first set of reives but only a handful (2-3 at best). There are a lot more behind the reives and from what I have seen there are only 2 or 3 points up at a time so they can be stuck behind the reives for quite a while. The points do move if untouched after a long time though.

If you do the scouts assignments, see if 23=closer/closest point and 12=farthest point. At game 2300, I sat right at the point and had the correct distance from the locus.

We've been hovering around 10% on Fenrir, but it kept going down (though never below 9%). Now we have a bivouac and we're up to 13% almost immediately after.

Hm, not sure. First I did, it was 16:00 and I succeeded at 3.5 yalms. Second one I did, it was around 12:00, and I succeeded at a bit closer distance, 3.0 yalms iirc. I thought you could only do them during the day hours, but you have proven me wrong, too.

This definitely changes depending on time of day. I completed the Ceizak one at 3.6 yalms away at 16:57 vana time. Took a while trying different spots, too.

To complete this you have to click on the Ergon Locus from a specific distance depending on time of day. It "feels" like the earlier in the day it is the closer you need to be to it, but no hard proof (For CB, Seems random as heck in YHG). You can continuously click on it until you succeed though, so gl!
This task can be completed in either zone both gave 500exp/bayld for completion with 1 tag.

Both Ceizak and Yahse have 2 Ergon Loci to check, so you have a bunch of options... but since it really doesn't matter as long as its from these 2 zones, you should just do Flourishing Island?

It's got a flag now too! Gonna run around and check the other coalitions.

No new assignments, no other coalition has gotten anything I can see. I guess each edification rank allows you to hold an expansion. So at 3 you'd have signboard/flag/emblem. Bleh.

For the record, I did the Land Survey in Yahse Hunting Grounds last night. I was successful at 2.5 Yalms, 7:40, Windsday.

We had a Bivouc pop up overnight and ceizak battlegrounds is now at 15% colonization and only scouts coalition has gone up on Siren ><

EDIT: just talked to the npc and there are no expansions that have taken place atm according to him, but according to dialogue with the counter person, he explains that it'll be a whole week (Earth Time) before expansion plans take place, so i'm guessing we'll probably see some expansions this wed.

EDIT 2: nvm, my brain is failing me today, it was pioneer that went up, not scout, gonna check and see if it has expansions to it done. Checked Pioneer guild and nothing new popped up for expansion choices and the npc that sells pickaxes and such for bayld is now offering trailblazing versions for 500 bayld each now.

I've been keeping track on Odin. Pioneers' and Couriers' rose to level 1 after the tally.

Odin's population decided to be lazy retards and do the 1st option for the two closest coalitions, so we've got rank 1 in Pioneer's and Courier's. :\

So additional tools and warps to towns. 3 nations, 4 outlands. Each costs 100 bayld from Jausephiane in Courier's.

As stated our Pioneers' Coalition ranked up after tally (Coalition Flag), now the only items able to vote for are Signboard and Emblem. I think it's safe to say you have to get all 3 items in a teir to hit the next expansion
