The enfeebling aspect of the move just needs to land afaik, with all the m.eva we have with gear now it can be resisted decently. But since you said you got stunned by it maybe all hits do need to land. Either that or there's more than one enfeeble on that move.

i got the move like 6 times on me with the stun add effect, never counted for the assignment, hence why I thought it was borked. but then on the 7. is counted for the assignment, shit was wierd, hence why I am thinking this might be a multihit move?

It might count partial resists or evades or blocks as not counting too.

I've noticed blocking with just a beatific shield vs chapuli I would never get the assignment to complete. So I just stopped going pld for these assignments. Pretty sure only ochain normally stops enfeebles on block right? What job were you on, Damane? Side note, anyone else notice the "ef7" or w/e it says when you complete mummer's assignments that hasn't been fixed in like 2 updates now?

Personally I've found very efficient to go to these assignments as PUP/WAR with healer pet.
No weapon (faster TP gain for targets, less damage done), Defender up (less damage taken, less damage done) and that's it, works like a charm.

Any shield will prevent physical ws add effects on block. It's just that Ochain nearly always blocks. So it becomes far more noticeable.

Should actually beat a mob down to 25%, then spam Dia if possible (or drop weapons), like blu spells, since mobs use TP at 100% at 25% HP.

I've also found going on thf wasnt a good idea for these, for mobs with physical based add effects. Was doing Morimar, and Tail Thwack missed 3x in a row.

I was on pup/war with my healing mule. I have capped guard skill, maybe some fuck up between guard and eva skill from pup blerb, i will just go blu next time, no guard and shit eva skill lol

I'm fairly certain any shield block on tp moves negate the enfeebled effects but I could be wrong.

Working on getting coalitions to Legend and just wanted to point out that as far as I can tell there is no Deliver: Kamihr Drifts at Magnate OR Legend rank in couriers coalition even though the BGWiki page for coalition assignments lists one. The only new op was Support: Kamihr Drifts at Magnate which was 19800 exp/bayld for 3 tags to Biv #3. We have 4/4 Bivos up but only 22% colonization so I am not sure if the op is verified on other servers and there is some additional factor or if it was an assumption.

That is my fault. Virtually all of the Magnate level assignments were unlisted so I filled them in when I unlocked them. I did not have Magnate in Couriers at the time though, but figured I may as well make room for the assignments that should likely be there based on the previous ones. However, I did add verification tags since I was not absolutely certain of them.

Has anyone managed to get past rank 5 reputation in Adoulin yet? All quests done (aside from RUN/GEO AF), Legend in all coalitions (not that I think that matters) and I've been repeating every quest I can for the past 10 or so conquest tallies (just started doing the Twit. Wing, Velkk and Ooze quests again a few weeks ago, in addition to the coconut and waypoint ones). I know that the NPC text for additional ranks is in the dats, just not sure if SE imposed a cap or not. Only Adoulin objectives I think I'm missing are V wins in Cirdas and Rala, as well as the aforementioned GEO/RUN quests and an Ergon Locus in Woh Gates to be examined to unlock that purchasable item.

So far each update seems to have a max rank you can get to fairly easily just by completing most the quests and as far as I know no one has gotten higher than that doing repeatibles until the next update when everyone can

That's what I thought, I just wasn't sure if there had been a max rank upgrade lately. Been at rank five for the last couple of updates.
