realistically speaking, how the fuck can the npc tell if u mined it yourself or not

They probably have a flag setup and it triggers your ability to turn it in once you have obtained one from mining at which point it wouldn't matter if you turned in the one you mined up yourself or ran to the auction house and bought a second one and traded that one in.

99% certain you need to complete Aflutter to flag Crocs. I also got A Shot in the Dark promptly after completing Crocs. I couldn't flag either before doing Aflutter and I couldn't flag Shot before turning in for Crocs.

I've done every quest inside and outside Adoulin except exotic delicacies. Dimmian still says the same Begone! dialogue. And I do remember not being able to do A shot in the dark or a couple others until I turned in a quest or two. There are definitely some pre-reqs, or my fame went up a rank. The main point is you only need to do every quest once to be able to do all of them.

Has anyone done enough Coalition assignments to rank up and then talk to him? Has anyone even done enough Coalition assignments to rank up? By rank up I mean the quasi-title the Civil Registrar NPCs give you when you ask how you're doing, not the Coalition's rank itself.

I don't see any special titles or KI's that would indicate rank but there is this:

We will, of course, pay appropriate recompense to those completing these assignments. Further, the Twelve Orders will recognize your efforts as you continue to accomplish these goals, and may even provide you with more important duties as you begin to make a name for yourself.≺Prompt≻

I need to look through the .DAT's to see exactly what assignments are available and if the assignments given are tied to the coalitions rank or if they are individualized based on performance.

Well looking at the .DAT's for the Pioneer Coalition there seems to be currently 4x Procure and 4x Clear missions based on the zones available right now. There are placeholders for 4 more for each of these which will be added when new zones are added in future updates.

I think he's talking about the bit where you ask the Registrar your coalition standing. So far, they all say I'm a [coalition] petitioner! but the way the NPC talks it seems like you have individual rank/fame per coalition

I ranked up with the peacekeeper coalition trying to change the expansion to signboard from flag. I tried talking to Dimmian gave me the same dialog. I can check to see if there are different assignments available when we get back on

Try talking to Brenton to see if you flag the next mission. Also maybe we need to find out how many assignments it takes to rank up. When I get home I'll probably spam one of the coalitions and keep track of how many Bayld I receive and how many tags used.

I just sincerely doubt the story mission progress is tied to quest fame and since Brenton wants us to do assignments, that's why I asked. Now I don't know if I should try to clear every open assignment or rank up in a coalition. Thanks for posting the title list, knew I saw that somewhere.

No cutscene from Brenton. I have checked and I can now do Patrol: Rala - Kill 5 toads, Patrol: Sih - Kill 5 twitherym, Patrol: Moh - Kill 5 Raptors.

Edit: I have 4 tags so I will do 1 of each and report the base exp/bayld

I upgraded in the couriers' Coalition. Didn't keep real track of it but i did use all my imprimaturs everytime it was up. I am now able to do base provisions. There is two quests one too Morimar Basalt Fields, and one too Foret de Hennetiel to where the quest for watercrafting and demolishing are.
Below is me using one imprimaturs and turning it in. Also my rank of Courier probationer.

I also wonder if the higher your rank, the more influence you have on the particular coalitions rank, as well as the vote for coalition upgrades.

I do think that this is a step in the right direction though for flagging the next mission since if you think about it, you get an invite to the castle for your deeds. Rank high enough, get a letter for dinner?

The fix for A Stone's Throw seems to be that they added a mining point that only rotates between the pre-Reive spots, in addition to one that only goes between post-Reive spots, but I'm not completely sure.

For the record, I finished a Lair Reive assignment from the Peacekeepers' coalition, in Yahse, and turned it in on a level 1 BLU, I got 1249 EXP from it and 2400 Bayld. The reward left me one EXP shy of getting to level 3.

You can't level up twice from receiving EXP all at once. You would have received the full 2400 EXP if you were able to. I suppose the game would blow up if you "skipped" a level or something.

So, JP were using a glitch to have unlimited imprimanteur, a few of them got banned during this maintenance, apparently it was something like take order and cancel and you get more ticket back.

Dev's actually said that some quests had to be pushed back. So prob not enough quests available to unlock stuff.

Missions and Quests
One of the biggest requests we have received for the past couple years was to add quests that have a deep story and allow you to feel more of the world and lore, so for Seekers of Adoulin the entire event staff has been using all their power to respond to these requests. (The amount of materials for the new continent's lore is seriously huge.)

Due to the fact that the translation work volume is extremely large, there are some quests that had to be pushed back from the upcoming version update; however, I believe that there is still quite a large volume of quests to be implemented.

Also, with the version updates to take place after launch, we will be adding quests and putting material on topics to go along with the main story missions as they are added, and we are striving to make it so everyone can directly feel the world being pioneered and all the changes that take place.
