    I would think the most logical test for trying to damage the thing would be to purchase and use the 30K Bayld coalition weapons. If you recall, their stats greatly increase during Reives, and these particular battles are all Reives. If you recall, SE said in previous interviews that they wanted to create a system where you needed specific gear to take on challenges and from those challenges you would receive additional gear to take on greater challenges. Who knows, the coalition weapons might upgrade after you've done enough of these keyitem fights.

    The question is what zone does Colkalb pull her -DT% from? The zone she resides in? Or a combination of both "forest" zones.

    Clearly the base D on R/E/M is just too low to damage Naakauls when compared to Skirm weapons. 100k Bayld for the KI is pretty harsh, but if it lets you fight the Naakaul as many times as you want until you leave that area then it *might* not be that bad. Of course this may be unrealistic depending on the repop, but if it's 1h like other Reives, then maybe it's feasible to just fight it a bunch at once.

    Colonization % is the most likely culprit IMO. I think they were hinting toward it in the description of Wildkeeper Reives:

    "Pioneers will be asked to search out these ferocious fiends and combat them in their natural habitats, which--though a huge disadvantage--makes the thrill of the hunt that much more "

    So the colonization rate will weaken the Naakuals, increase enemy activity, make colonization reives grow back quicker, make more gathering locations appear and affect drop rates of all enemies in a zone?

    Sounds like the text for the npc after getting the signboard for the Scouts' coalition: Staff in charge of Colonization Intelligence will increase.

    You get that KI from Dimmian when you purchase the KI for the Naakuals. Also, I need to check the .DAT's but I remember seeing some kind of text that seems to hint at maybe you turn in the KI from defeating the Naakuals and you get to choose what items you want, but I'll double check.

    So really at this point, we should put some effort into popping that NPC so we can determine the effects of each and find out the pattern to increase spoils (possibly for more skirmish items) and weakening the Naakuals.

    I wonder if those permanent Naakual KIs will work with the temporary Naakual KIs similarly to how the abyssite of the cosmos works with Primeval Brew.

    Sorry to change topics, but does anyone know if you can rank up in multiple coalitions at the same time? If I keep trading off between two colaitions am I just wasting tags when it comes to ranking up or will I eventually rank up in both? Thanks.

    Fairly certain it's the same as the prerequisite for next mission (which seems to be 50 imprimaturs used up).

    Meetingwith the jailbait in the castle. To get there, you need to use 50 assignement tags (verification needed), then talk to brenton (pioneers). If you get a cs, you're good to go.
