On the tag/rank up topic, I can state from personal experience it is 20 tags a level, cumulative from 0.

On my mule in Inventors' Coalition, I went:

1 tag > 3 tags x6 (19 tags used) > check rank, no rank up > 3 tag x1 (22 total used) > check rank, rank up > 3 tags x6 (40 total used) > check rank, rank up.

So even though I had only used 18 tags since my last rank up, my total number of tags hit 40 and I ranked up. Hence, you rank up every 20 tags, regardless of how they are spent (IMO).

Check it out if you have a chance. The assignment tables are already on the individual coalition pages and I'm not a huge fan of duplicating information as it leads to inconsistencies, but I think in this case it's worth it to be able to see all of the assignments in one place for comparison's sake. If there's any missing info for individual assignments or exp/bayld values that you're aware of, please add them in. Individual assignment pages are largely incomplete, but are going up over time... I think it's more important to get the info recorded on the category page first.

One thing I wasn't sure of - the supplies runs to the stations in Morimar/Foret are listed as 750/1350/1800 for exp/bayld... I thought they were a lot more than that (talking about the "provide" runs for constructing the stations).

Scouts rank 4 unlocked component analysis. Foret de Hennetiel asks to retrieve one gnatbane, Morimar a marble nugget. Both don't need to be farmed and can be bought off ah if want.

First time caller, long time listener,
Just killed Achuka on Fenrir about an hour ago. There were 30-40 people there, fight took about 3 hours and some change. Everyone still did 0 dmg to it, only thing that was hurting it was Quick Draw. Requiescat and spirits within didn't do anything so idk what it's deal is. (forgot to trade in twilight scythe so couldn't try that out ò_ó). QD seemd to do normal dmg at 500~ per with the occasional set proc. From when i zoned in at 85%ish to 40% it took about 2 hours with just 2 COR. At 40, 3 more COR and a GEO ran up and the fight ended pretty quick.
NM itself doesn't seem to have very many horrible tp moves, most everyone was meleeing and spamming buffs for evaluations. It'd occasionally get an aura with a 31/tic burn and a -33% attack down, brother also dispelled a MDB from it afterwards, so probably from that as well. I never saw adds, but there were a few dead raptors that wouldn't depop, so probably glitching atm. After it died i got Camatlatia and brother got Quauhpilli Gloves, saw a bunch of people in helm. Made about 20k bayld by the end of it. Sorry for the wall of text!

QD has been known to ignore all damage resistances(Temperance), also he said req didn't work. Twilight/mura/formless won't.

There were 5 COR total at the end of it, I didn't see anyone using mura or twilight scythe. There was at least 3 other DRK there besides me, and i saw some people shouting about trying twilight scythe, but don't know if anyone did, as I said mine was still gimp. There were 2 MNK there, not sure if they tried formless but i never saw anything do over 0 other than QD. Colonization was at 11% for the fight.

To add to this: I spent 19 singles, no rank up. Spent 1 single, rank up. Spent another 19 singles, no rankup. Spent 1 single, rank up. So at least for Probationer and Disciple we can be fairly sure it's 20 tags spent any way. I'll know in a day or so if it's 20 for Contributor.

EDIT: Also only mummer, inventor, courier, and pioneer ranked up on siren, so we have to wait yet another freaking week for head/body items -.-

EDIT2: the fuck? colonization says peacekeeper went up but the god damn game didn't mention it's edification rank increasing -.- oh gdi, it only gave the message for rank up for the area, not both zones lol

Colonization Intelligence from Scouts seems pretty useless so far, its a NPC that tells you the state of the areas. So its not a zone wide message when reives pop. NPC name Soppopo. Could have more use in a couple days, since it might not have any information to use so far?

Can confirm that the movement speed from courier's coalition from npc wears off if you leave the city, so it's only use is for zooming around town it seems.

Mummers Signboard is...A BRAND NEW CAAAAARRRRRRRRRRR

You have to talk to the NPC 3 times in the time they specify in seconds. First round they'll say "talk to me in 5 seconds" so you have to count to 5 then talk to them. Then they'll say Talk in 7, so you count to 7 and talk to them. And then you do it a third time. Basically a JP only game since all NA's have a 500ms ping to the JP servers. First time I was off by 1 second each round.
