That's a rather small different to make such a guess I'd say?
Also no, I don't think so.

Yahse is up to 28% on Phoenix. Soft cap definitely appears to be raised or lifted.
Edit: looks like I'm slow!
ok i was present for a full revie this time took about 7 minutes, helped clear both side roots
went from 45010 to 46784, so 1774 total. is that about right, again not counting the imps I am about to turn in? or is there a more effiecient way? I don't think I would have 100k bayld yet total, all I have bought are runes and maps.
how do people have so much bayld? do they just farm the colony revies for hours?
These decent amounts you guys getting what reives are they and is it with a group? Cause I recently started trying to dual box blu/rdm some in foret and I get like 30 an eval and kill it rather fast. My whm mule in there gets pretty much nothing but I don't really care about it
On Fenrir people start alliances to do Reives, and if you go there and put your flag up someone will always invite you. I've always just went with an alliance whenever I do it. People on Fenrir focus on Ceizak and Yahse though, but I've done a Morimar with an alliance, too. That one didn't give as much Bayld though.
2-3boxing the colonization reives in foret gets me 350-500 per eval with war sch brd. Brd does Aoelian edge > horde lullaby to gets his points up, sch cures him for his points, War damages palm as hard as possible. All chars are reaching the bayld cap per eval but varying levels of exp with War getting most, then Brd > Sch
Edit: I do them all except for the ones with the cracklaws since they are too irritating and wait for them to reset.
Foret isn't that good for bayld since you've only got 1 obstacle to destroy. However, its great for generating saffron blossoms.
My favorite/best bayld expereinces have been in either of the roots zones as long as I've got healing support for FC spam. For a less laggy, more profitable experience, Morimar is really nice. Ores load out at a decent enough frequency to make the trip profitable, and I'd like to hope that maybe by clearing out the reives some poor soul doing courier assignments up there might unlock more bivouacs lol. Only real downside and annoyance is you're not able to do a lap like you can in the two roots zones. Not having to worry about aggro from the opposite side of the reive is a very nice touch, since typically you don't have a large group of randoms up there unless you shout for it before hand. Good luck finding someone to hold the mobs that doesn't lose their mind due to constant knock back + stun though.
is there a way to trigger a eval after X dmg or time or hp remaining or something else? sometimes when i team up with other people they said "i just got xxx points this eval" etc and i didnt get anything, no msg or anything in the chat just no points and I hit the rock all the time too just like the others, they got almost double eval as me (i dont mean double points, i mean that sometimes i didnt get anything at all, not even a message)
I have no idea what the measures are for time/damage between evals, but its fairly evident that the amount of bayld you can get from an eval is tied to the amount of damage done to the target since the previous eval. At a guess I would say there is a minimum damage requirement and then a time rule. I can recieve evals at different times on my 3 chars because usually I run the war in first and start hitting the palm until everything is aggroed, then run mages in to engage (meaning War gets his eval before the other 2)
My war is obviously doing most of the damage but I keep enspells up with daggers on sch and brd which definitely increases output a lot, 4 songs up the whole time. I've no idea what my combined DPS is on the palms to be getting 350+ evals.
Morimar can be done with 6 people. War and a dd. 2 people to cure and 2 sleepers (we used blm and blu) and everyone was near cap for evaluation. Just keep dd off the turtles as stun can be dangerous.
I sleep them pretty easy on blu but damn orobons resist half the time.
An easy way to see if you're being productive enough in Reives, is at each evaluation:
If your exp and bayld are the same, you aren't.
If your exp is higher than your bayld, you are. Simple as that.
The more people that are on the roots, the harder it will be to deal enough damage, to keep up with the overall root progress.
If you aren't capping bayld (Exp>Bayld) then you need to find a way to Deal more damage, take more damage, or heal more hp.
90% of the time, it's as simple as disengaging the roots, and focusing on the mobs, because they take more damage and can help you deal X damage in Y time for the next evaluation.
I've farmed well over 350k bayld thus far, and I personally have yet to see any benefit to being on the roots, vs the mobs. Root progress determines the max amount of bayld available, but the formula seems to be unbiased on total damage, to obtain that cap. So there is no benefit to dealing damage to the roots rather than the mobs, other than root progress, which is usually taken care of by the swarm of people dead set on hitting the roots.
In situations where you can't keep up, I recommend you start using AoE WS or spells, to increase your overall damage dealt, taken and cured. (Assuming you're on a job that can do all 3, like Blu, Dnc, anything /dnc etc.
I do morimar with MNK BRD WHM mules and get 4k total. 700 per evaluation with 6 people.
I don't know if this was mentioned before, been trying to read everything on here, but might have missed this. Cerberus just unlocked Bivouc #3 in Foret de Hennetiel and we don't have #1 or #2 yet. So if you're spamming Courier's coalition assignments for points, it doesn't matter to which Bivouac you bring the Frontline Supplies to.
