Silly question, but is Contributor the highest rank currently available? I'm gonna feel silly if it is since I've used a ton of tags past getting access to the Contributor rank ones Would explain why I'm still @ 100k for KI though.

Yes, Contributor (rank4) is currently the highest. It should go Petitioner (base, 1) -> Probationer (2) -> Disciple (3) -> Contributor (4)

Given that other people went from 95 to 90 without changing rank almost seems like rank isn't the matter but tags used... have you done all the quests?

i burnt 100 tags as of yesterday but still 95k

only 2 coalition with rank 4 tho.. others are 1, i needed the XP and bayld so didnt wanna burn on a new coalition.... and used all mainly on courier

Hopefully those changes will come with the next update. I'd love if they added some sort of way to have a minimum col. rate saved, like 25%, 50%, and 75%, like points where the wilds can't recover past or something.

As it stands currently, Bivs are busted in every zone cept for Foret. Ceizak kinda goes back and fourth with 2 and 3, 1 has always been up. Yahse has gone from 3/3 to 0/3, though I think we have 1 atm. Morimar has dropped from 5/5 to 2/5 atm, no idea if/when that may go back up.

In my dreams, I'd like to see them make it so Courier's Coalition has to unlock and open the Bivs, but once opened, EVERY assignment completed for that area goes towards increasing col. rate as well as Biv time remaining or whatever. Its kind of asinine to expect people to do a single coalition (and spend their time running to out of the way places) in order to keep Bivs up, while many other Coalitions have no such responsibilities or tasks. Scout's is the only other one, in that completing investigation of Ergon Locis opens up the ability to actually use the Tinctures, as lol worthy as that is, with our limited knowledge/outrageous price of them.

All 4 of the other Coalitions do nothing of the sorts. Peacekeepers being run often in an area doesn't reduce Lair Reive spawns or monster lvl, Pioneer's doesn't reduce Colonization Reives or increase HELM spots, Mummer's doesn't.. I dunno what to even say. Same for Inventor's, maybe they'd create some cool shit in zones? If they want to tie specific bonuses to running assignments for Coalitions (IE, Bivs up from doing Courier's to the Bivs, Tinctures opened from doing Scouts) then all coalitions need some additional reason to run them. Otherwise, fuck that goofy system, and make all assignments go towards keeping Bivs up in the area that they're done.

People will support the Bivs *if* the Reives are out of the way. But people don't do Reives in places like Yahse so they aren't supported.

I've burnt somewhere near 100 tags (easily over 50), but only @ 15 quests completed so I guess quests are a pretty heavy portion of the equation since I'm still @ 100k.

Yeah I actually went from 100 to 95 finishing my 35th quest. Almost think it might be a dual thing. Like no matter how much of 1 you do it wont matter unless you have enough of the other too. But who can say

My wildskeeper KI are at 90k atm. I've done I think 32ish/42 quests, all the missions, and however many imprimaturs total from day 1 of the expansion as of last night, without duplicating any either intentionally or by mistake. I somehow don't have any of the coalitions at Contributor yet, I guess I spread them out a lot. But I do have all but Mummers at Probationer or higher and most are Disciple. So yeah, I don't think actual ranks matter, but missions and quests + total imprimaturs seems to be it.

Here's my theory regarding the discounts. The discounts are based on the amount of rank-ups / fame advancements (an advancement in fame is equal to a coalition rank-up) along with reaching an imp expenditure quota.

So people who have three rank 4s and maxed fame (max fame at this point in time) have 12 rank ups.

I think the mission requires 4 rank ups and 50 imps spent. First discount requires 8 rank-ups and 100 imps spent; second discount requires 12 rank-ups and 150 imps spent and so on. Thoughts?

Regardless, I feel strongly that the combination of rankups and seals spent are the key (since some people have spent 100 and still have to pay 100k). Thus, maybe 10 rankups is the requirement and 150 spent. Anybody have less than 10 rankups an have the discount (you must include fame advancements as a rank-up).

What you like saying a fame rank up is about the same as coaltion and they combine together? Regardless I was at max fame and had 1 rank 4 coalition and a rank 3 coalition and still 100k. Finished my 35th quest for my last survival skill and bam 95k. Almost want to think that certain quests are very necessary
