According to a news article I read yesterday they made a major breakthrough in reversing the aging process and said they may be able to do the same in humans within 30 years so maybe we will see that in our lifetime.

The scientists were able to speed up the aging process and slow it down and even reverse it in mice on demand so don't lose hope. There may be lots of GMILFs who just repair their body enough to exist in their current state.
