The real question is why aren't the football players who tackled him being held responsible? They're the reason he's like this so they should be looked into

That does explain some of his behavior. That article may be 2018, but I didn't start hearing about this crud(Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy that is) until about 2-3 years ago. There was a BIG stink about a college student that died of CTE...can't find the article right now tho so you'll have to take my word for it. I remember the silliest things sometimes..

Takes a while to go from research paper to movie, so it is a safe bet that people started looking into it at least a decade before. The Iraq war resulted in a lot of funding for Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBIs) and may have started the ball rolling here.
