Also I would like to note that this is the kind of thing you would get from those "Libertarian" types like Ron Paul who shrug their shoulders of making a judgement and say "ehhhh just leave it up to the states!" I don't want the national government OR the state government telling me what to do religiously. Both are wrong.

I believe in state's rights, but I also believe if the states are going to be stupid and go against the constitution the federal government should smack them down.

And remember, North Carolina was the most democratic state in the union that voted Romney. There's 20 other states more republican/retarded.

Then they'll just threaten to leave the union and considering how dumbfuck some of the elected officials are they'll actually waste legislative time passing the measure only to pussyfoot around actually leaving.

Remember, they have a gun in their left hand, the Bible in the right and nothing can stop that dynamic duo. Certainly not Obama and his Chicago mobsters. Feds? Stay above the mason-dixon line.

NC government is now more or less owned by a man named Art Pope. If he could get away with it, he'd do away with minimum wage and all social programs for the poor. Which, if this passes he might actually try.

Also, fuck most of NC, but the triangle area and Boone/Asheville are actually pretty awesome.

    The comments are even worse.

Like there are consumers in NC with enough money to buy a Tesla
Cuz you know, Pinehurst is struggling. Don't even get me started on those broke ass fools in RTP.

Apparently somewhere along the line there was a law put into place that has something to do with dealerships. I am honestly unable to find any rational behind it all. If Tesla's business model allows them to sell directly to the consumer, other companies need to adjust or lose profits... I can't help but feel like the same assholes that voted for this are the ones that would scream free market capitalism at any other time in history.
