Yeah I hate bloomy too but to deny any positives he's granted to the city, even if a bit unneccessarily heavy handed would be silly. Problem with NYC is it suffers from shitty bureacracy and a lot of goonery amongst the higher ups. I thought shit would change whe Cuomo got a elected governor but after the first few months, I haven't heard a damn thing about that guy, much less anything really beneficial to New Yorkers.
