This was my workout for the week:
Spoiler: show
I actually ended up weighing in one pound heavier this week than last. I'm hoping that one of the numbers were just skewed a little bit and that I didn't actually gain anymore body fat. My results so far:
Started: 197.0 lbs.
Week 1: 198.0 lbs.
Goal: 180 lbs.
Alright, I'm dipping out for a couple weeks on vacation. Keep it up everyone, I'll be doing what I can. Will pick back up on SS when I return.

8lbs down!!! Whoot
Worked a good 15 hours today, came home and had some household chores I needed to get done before my week got too crazy busy.
Exhausted, tried to tell myself I'd just put todays work out off until tomorrow or possibly just skip it and go again Wednesday.
Then it dawned on me that if I skip today you'll all know I bitched out when I post my logs next Monday, fuck that shit, to the weights I go.
Good man.
Just don't overdo it.
As for myself, today was a high feeling, finally adjusting to new work out routine and busting through it with 100% efficiency (in my head). Hopefully though it will show for next week pictures but i know on my 4th week update i will look a lot different.
day 5, we don't talk about day 3 and 4...

Notes: Took Saturday and Sunday off to recover also was at a fighting game tourney both days. Saturday ate 2 meals the first was 5 chicken fingers form Hardess (440c), and Friday's Jack Daniels Chicken and Shrimp with a side of mix vegetables and broccoli, (700c), so I was doing alright tell I hit up Sheatz picked up a pack of Reses' Pieces(220c), a Unreality Bar, supposedly a snickers without the crap. (200c) and old Snickers Egg leftover from easter, (100c, it's like a funsize one) for a total of about 1660c. Sunday I had a Protein bar(190c) and Wisky River Burger form Red Robin with a salad, also no bun, had them wrap it in lettuce. (about 1000c, side not you can get that burger down to about 440c by removing the onion straws and mayo, I forgot to do both ;-; ) So far I'm down 5-6lbs so a good start.
Overheard things at the gym: To ad a little bit of humor I'll give you some strange stories from the gym as they apparently happen often.
Story One: Two girls are jogging next to me for about 25 minutes, both have a little extra but don't look like they have been working out to much as of late. One turns to the other and ask, "So where are we going?"
The other replies, "Cracker Barrel."
To which the first girl throws her hands in the air and proclaims loudly, "Yes!"
My only thought was, congratulation on your soon to be void workout.
Story Two: So I finish up with my curls tonight, grab my water bottle, take a drink, turn my head and see this really well built guy siting on a inverted press machine, leaning forward, checking his phone with one hand and picking his nose with the other. He looks up and sees me, and for about two seconds we stare at each other. Me realizing that I'm looking at a man with his finger up his nose. And him looking at me, realizing that I'm looking at him with his finger up his nose. He quickly pulls it out after that and tries to brush the bottom of his nose to act like that's what he was doing. However, it was far to late for that. And that's why I'll be picking up workout gloves tomorrow, fully fingered.
It's why i sanitize my hands after almost every workout.
day 1 of week 2 ends, i kinda did an epic fail with cream soda this weekend, but today i got right back into it. went ham in the gym(hit muscle failure again) and even did 1.5miles today to make up for some of the slacking over the weekend. (instead of just my target goal of 1)
Thinking of doing a diet combo. Already I'm watching my Caloric intake as well as limiting my sugars, and doing IF (nowhere near as strict as Creams window though) but i think for the last month of the competition I'm going to do a strict no/low carb diet. not even complex carbs, just straight meat/eggs/cheese/veggies
Low carb does work, i did it last year and lost 30lbs, but i gained all that shit back, in a few months after dropping it completely. I think I'm just gonna do it for the duration of the competition, and hopefully by then I'll be doing enough cardio that it won't matter what in the fux i eat lol.
Quick, good natural fast burning carbs. Gonna start calisthetics in about an hour.
Oatmeal?
Beyond the point where I can prepare food.
popped a flat 13 miles from home; used my last spare yesterday and don't have my wallet with me. Looks like the biking gets cut short today. I'll try to bike at least another 7 miles when I get home/it fixed, but today is usually my 40 mile day
I'll jog some more I guess to make up for it
This week's work-out area. (Hard to see a lot of stuff but it has the basics for what I want)
My arm strength is terrible so I rotated between dips, pulls ups, and push-ups til failure on all of them. Once I get a bit stronger, I can move onto more intermediate stuff. Really enjoyed working out outside. Something about it just feels better than in a gym.
Scheduling my run for 1830 (so a little under a half an hour). I have new workout clothes which is always fun.
I love reading this thread. I'm glad everyone here is trying to do better for themselves. I'm here working at my own slow (but hopefully steady) pace, and I feel better about myself already. So to all of you guys, keep at it! I joined this thread mostly because that big fitness thread is huge and overwhelming - this one I feel I can keep up with much better.
Anyway, will post an update when I get back and get settled again.
Quick question, any good solutions for the cell phone and keys? I use the phone for Pandora and obviously don't leave my door unlocked when I go. For now, I've been stuffing them in my bra, seems to work but I'm sure there's a better solution.
