Saw a timer showing 4:05, so basically running 26.2 9:20 miles.

Not exactly fatty territory.

It was four hours from the start and the third wave was crossing, which is about an hour after the first wave. That makes those runners in around 3 hours. And, charity runners aside, you have to post an incredibly difficult time to even qualify for Boston (less than 3:30 for people under 40ish). And most people train their asses off to get the best time. Fatties don't run Boston.
