He may have been unconscious; also Mirandizing isn't always per TV, where if you don't say the magic words the case gets thrown out.

If they need medical attention, then that comes first. They want to do Miranda when the suspect in conscious and able to respond.

That one lady said that in terrorism cases or other national security cases it isn't always necessary. They'll analyze it I'm sure, I doubt people are going to argue the legality of this. Well, the criminal attorney might, but I doubt it will go far.
